I was skeptical due to reviews but I was pleasantly pleased. I was able to check in early. I had the 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious enough. You needed a key card to enter if you didn’t come through the main entrance. The staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Family friendly property with electrifying energy

Skeptical of the property at first because of the outside of the hotel, it doesn’t look really bad but I didn’t expect it to look so great and be so welcoming. Upon arrival the front desk agents were very nice and personable. Did a great explanation of the property and amenities. Once we got inside of the hotel the middle was buzzing with friendly people. The smell of the food was wonderful ! The pools and hot tub being in the middle of the property was a big highlight for my fiancé and I. I loved the fact there was a bar with food right by the pools so if we didn’t want to leave we didn’t have to. It was wonderful they kept the pool/bar area open until 10PM. The room was so clean. The only thing I wish could be different was the size of the bathroom. The room was clean, the bed sheets were perfect and soft. The bed was even great. It was a king size room. My whole body sank into the fluffiness of it. Amazing stay, I’ll definitely be back again.

I loved everything from the moment stepped in the lobby. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a plus. I would definitely stay again. I forgot to mention that its close to alot of restaurants and attractions.

It was a nice room and hotel but no hot water for shower, not even enough to shave. No happyhour at tiki and drinks were very expensive for a small cup size mixed drink $13. And beer $7.50 - I will be asking for a refund based on the room not having any hot water in the evening and the next morning.
