We've stayed at this hotel before without an issue. Unfortunately at our most recent stay we had a few issues arise. The TV was broken. We eventually were able to turn it on, but it was extremely glitchy, to the point we couldn't even try to watch. There were multiple hairs in the shower that did not belong to anyone in our party, considering we found them before even turning on the shower.

Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. Some drawbacks include only decaffeinated coffee in room, drain stopper didn’t work in bath and floor hadn’t been vacuumed. Initial service at breakfast was slow as well, despite restaurant only being half full. Comfort of bed was nice. TV options were great, including streaming access if you have service.

Great staff, beautiful location and amenities. The only downside was the elevators were not in working order. 1 elevator was down the entire stay and the other had damaged buttons that would not allow you to go to every floor.

I read some conflicting reviews on this place prior to booking. Since we were only going to be there one night, I chanced it. I can tell you, don’t believe the negative reviews or the 3 star rating given to this place. It’s easily a 4-5. The staff was extremely nice, the front lobby smelt amazing and was very clean and we had no issues with the room. Would absolutely stay again.

I booked a room through Expedia with a King Bed, but upon check-in I was given a Double Queen room instead. This was not what I reserved and no prior notice or explanation was provided. The room type matters, especially when you plan your stay based on what you booked. I raised the issue, but it was not properly addressed and I was left with no real option. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to the mismatch between the reservation and what was delivered. I would not book this property again unless they clearly honor the exact room type that is confirmed at bookin
