Fun Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time celebrating my sisters birthday, the pool was fantastic and even though there was a Cheer competition going on our room was quiet. I plan to stay there again.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was spotless, and we were pleased with the ample parking available. One of the highlights was having access to a washer and dryer on the second floor, which made things so convenient. The hotel boasts a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Plus, the free shuttles to the parks were a fantastic perk! If you’re driving, you’re just a quick five-minute trip to Disney. Overall, it's a great hotel experience!

The unthinkable happen to us on our last day; we got stuck in the elevator in the Tower building which for me is not a good experience as someone with extreme claustrophobia. My daughter and I got stuck Monday morning around probably 6am which you should have logs for due to the phone call which kicked off a message. We have stayed there before and then stayed at Melaia and liked your property better until this which was horrifying to say the least.....

Awesome place for kids! Staff is nice and helpful! The outside of the place hasn’t been redone but the inside, is a place of dreams!

I had a wonderful day there only a few hiccups just in the bar area. They lacking service there but overall we had a great time. And actually rude. Don’t mind paying overpriced for a drink, but we didn’t ask for a kitty drink. That’s my own hiccup.

Very hard to turn on water faucet. Bathtub was clogged. Water was too hot. Couple of fixtures were falling down in the bathroom. Way finding was not easy to follow. Elevator was broken and cause a lot of backup during busy times. Tips are included in bill, which led to awkward cash payment at the bar since we didn't get a receipt. There was a musty smell on the first floor and it room had an odd unpleasant smell we couldn't figure out.Bartenders were difficult to get service from. Bed was super comfy and so are the pillows. The TV was very nice quality. The pool was very clean and large. Towels were all very small but there were plenty available. Cleaning staff, front staff, breakfast staff, and waiters were all very kind.
