We really enjoyed the property. The one issue we had is that as soon as you check-in they are pitching you to come to a time-share sales event. They'll offer you all sorts of things. We got offered a $200 gift card. People in line with us got offered tickets to any Disney park. We agreed because they said it would be about 90 minutes. I stead it took 3 hours. We really liked the property. But making us sit through 3 hours to get the promised Giftcard and making a serious touch that it's only $12,000.00 down and $650 a month is pretty crazy

Wasn’t pleased with the open access of the property. We typically stay at gate accessed properties that provide an additional sense of security allowing our younger teenage children the ability to roam the property. I didn't feel comfortable allowing that at this property since anyone could simply drive in

For a quick one night/ sleep stay, it was good. The room was very clean and well appointed. Another blanket or two would be nice. If we had a longer stay, we would’ve checked out the amenities. What needed improvement was the village shuttle never came. That was a problem.

Room was not clean, when we checked in, then on top of that when we first got to the room, our room keys didn’t work, had to wait for sercurity to let us in, then drive back and get new keys and switch rooms, the keys kept not working during the stay, Then I called to have my sheets changed, they told me they would bring me cleans ones and I had to change myself, ummm I don’t even change my sheets at home

I would had love if they have a restaurant/buffet at least in one facility. You just either have to bring your own meals or order takeout. It would be nice to have something in the facility. Other than that I love the fact they had 7 pools! That was awesome.

Excellent stay and good location.

We went with friends and it was great to have joining rooms that each had a kitchen and washer/dryer which was so nice. We had a deluxe suite. Each room had a balcony. The rooms were spacious. The beds were a little hard and the floors were just a little dirty. Location is great. It’s about 7-15 min away from Disney World, depending on which park you are headed to. It’s about 20 min away from Universal Studios. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This property is awesome! the walkability there is awesome. and the shuttle is a life saver. we did have an older units and the pull out bed was really uncomfortable and the toaster didnt work but the front desk tried to remedy it with extra blankets.
