Room looked like it had been cleaned but the toilet was dirty with pee on the floor and sheets were dirty as well. Another elevator would be beneficial. But besides that everything was great! We liked the fact of the two apartments next to each other but in the same room.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff we encountered were courteous. Location was very convenient. Only negative was the room was too cold and the thermostat control seemed to have a pre-programmed temp set that we couldn’t change. We called for maintenance, but no one came. We were only there one night, so it wasn’t that big of deal. Had we been there longer, we would have definitely needed to be able to adjust the temp.

Room was horribly dirty. Cushions on the couch looked like theyve never been cleaned. Mites were all over the floor in the kitchen. It was unswept and unmopped. Staff was the only saving grace, but if youre looking for a carefree experience as far as cleanliness, look elsewhere. Checkout is 10am. So get some rest.
