I loved the apartment feel and having my own space. The balcony is a cool spot to hang out and watch everything going on down below. This place was amazing we will definitely be staying again!

Everything on the property was actually extremely nice extremely surprised at how nice comfortable quality of condition and everything. If I have to complain about one thing or mention one thing better yet the one main issue that I had problems with and so did my family that we’re staying with me in different rooms was the key cards and the locks. They have a tendency of racing so they don’t work. At one point, my cousin Had the key not work and his five year-old was left alone inside the building when the door closed behind the mother by accident. We tried to use the keys. They did not work. We called security. We called the operator numerous times about 20 minutes later when they finally showed up when this was an emergency because you had a five year-old locked up inside the room alone and crying. The next day, my niece in another room was going to her room to change so we can go out to dinner. She got locked out of her room because both car keys did not work. They ended up waiting almost an hour for security to finally come to let them in the room. According to the security guard, they had her do three other things before she can unlock the door. That’s unsatisfactory. But that’s the only negative thing I’ll ever say about this property as it is extremely well maintained quality of the rooms or fantastic.

Bring a floor fan!!!! Still had a good time tho.

It was quick checkin via email link, didn't have to do extra steps at arrival I handed my id, cc card and that's it. Rooms where nice a little out dated with furniture but still nice. Only bad thing I have to say is the AC sucks. Can't put it less than 68 and then ours broke 2nd night. BRING A FLOOR FAN!

The room we stayed in was outdated. Bathroom shower - corner shower with a curtain. Reminded me of the showers in the old rvs. Everything was dated - kitchen, furniture, bathroom, flooring, etc. Killed about 3 small gnats in the room.

It's an older hotel, but it's fixed up and in great condition. We loved the jetted tub, pull out bed and the chairs that could be put together and made a nice bed for our 6 year old. We would love to stay there again!

It was a beautiful property with lots of amenities. I liked it so much that I booked another two stays before I checked out. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Also for it to be so big, the noise level was minimal. Will definitely make this my place to stay when in the area.

Overall it was fine for the price I paid which was not much. The pictures are extremely deceiving since the property (at least building #10 where we stayed) is very old and ran down. The tub was clogged with hairs and other yucky stuff and looked like it had not been drained/cleaned in at least months; we were showering in ankle deep water every day, and our small son could not sit to take a bath. The sleeper sofa is extremely uncomfortable and loud, you are literally laying on metal springs and it squeaks at the slightest move. Also, I booked this property because their advertised complimentary shuttles to Disney LOL. Their complimentary service only goes to Universal Studios and Epic at 7am; Hollywood Studios at 9am, EPCOT at 10:15am and 11am and Universal and Epic again at 11:15am. So if you are wanting to get there before the crowds, this service will not allow for that. The return times were all after 8:30pm. Would I recommend this to others? Probably not, would I stay here again? No.
