Unfortunately we experienced a lot of communication issues with this booking. I called the hotel after doing the early check in on 2 rooms under 1 reservation the day before to ensure they saw both check ins only to find out on the actual day that only 1 confirmation was received . Still had to wait 20 minutes at hotel to actually check in for the one room. The second room was not ready until 35 minutes after advertised check in time. This was after calling customer service and going to front desk twice. A frustrating experience for all of us on what was supposed to be a great getaway.

I really like the swan and dolphin for location to Hollywood and Epcot. Also to the Boardwalk. What I don't care for is other than the Mexican restaurant at the Dolphin, which is excellent, the other restaurants I'm not crazy about. Also, I find the hotel rooms to be very noisy. Resort is beautiful. Pool is very nice. 2nd photo is room view.

I loved this hotel but got a sour taste when I checked out...NO ONE not expidia or the front desk ..NO ONE told me there was a $38 parking fee...your staying at the hotel you should expect a place to park your car. When i booked this room I was told a price and said that it was the final price (which did include the resort fee so no surprises there) but then to be charge extra?? Really?? Why isn't that included. I can understand if your not staying at the hotel but to charge your hotel guest.This needs to change..
