This was our 5th time staying here. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to Disney Springs, (aka Disney ‘Rodeo Drive’). The pool area was very clean and enjoyable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is older, but has been recently renovated and is clean. I would have liked to see our windows overlooking Disney and the fireworks a bit cleaner however. Overall we had a great stay.

I have stayed at this property multiple times with my husband. We love coming back and seeing familiar faces. Tata at valet is always welcoming and like a friend. We always get to see him while there. Wysleine on the 9th floor with housekeeping is the sweetest! Checking in and checking out is always a breeze and the front desk staff are always accommodating and welcoming. Thank you Wyndham at Lake Buena Vista -Disney Springs. See you all again real soon! =)

Disney theme and services avail for extra price

Stayed there 1 night after visiting Epcot for the day. Just slept then left in the am. We live in Florida and had our own car with us. It is a Disney themed hotel that offers Disney packages/services. We check in to see about leaving our car in the parking and taking the bus that comes by and bring you to the resorts and theme parks. We found out that it takes quite alot of time to get around. We did not want to ride it since we were only going to Epcot for the day. We ended up driving our car to Epcot and paid to park ($20+) and then had to pay again to park at the hotel when we checked in that evening. Overall we learned that we should have just stayed in Orlando in a regular hotel and saved money.

Great Location for Disney

Beautiful hotel for our one night stay to see a show at the House of Blues in Disney Springs. It was an easy walk even for two 50somethings. No 5 minutes like the young girl at check in said, but we're old. LOL. The valet parking folks were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and the beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again when visiting Disney Springs or parks. One last note, it was a very warm day so we relaxed by the pool, expecting it to be heated, but it was very cold.
