It was ok… I didn’t like the service at the bar and they kept pushing me to get a timeshare. They also don’t have room service, which sucks because I had a baby and a toddler. Besides all of that, I had a nice time.

Couldn’t reach anyone at the property beforehand to make a request for our check in. Was on hold twice for over 15 minutes only to eventually get disconnected. Walls were paper thin…we could literally hear the people next to us eating chips. Not worth the resort fee or nightly rate. Won’t stay here again.

While the exterior feels posh and upscale, the lobby quickly takes that down several notches. It has a carnival atmosphere and not in a good way. Neon signs and just too much going on. Pleasant front desk experience. Very dark very average room. The grounds seem dated or packing upkeep or both.

Wyndham sister vacation

We had a great sister vacation! The room was clean with an amazing view, the staff was very helpful. Great location for Disney Springs. This was our third time staying there and it was great as ever!

I liked the rooms, and the fact that transport to the Disney parks was free. But I wish there was a full-service restaurant on the premises. Yes, it is just a few minutes' walk to Disney Springs, which has lots of restaurants. But after a long day at the parks, it would be nice to just head downstairs for dinner.
