For a 2* motel this place is really great! It has everything you could want, even some fresh homemade muffins for something quick to grab. The rooms are new and updated. Very nice. Super clean. Staff was very helpful when I had questions. My only complaint, if I had one, is that the bed was too soft for me... but I like a super firm mattress. The temp was easy to control, which is super important to me. Close to hikes, beaches and some wonderful restaurants. We will stay again.

This was our 2nd Memorial Day weelend staying here, and 4th night total. It's clean, quiet, has a private parking spot in front of each room. Not having to climb stairs is nice. There is a microwave, mini frig coffee pot, small tv, and blow dryer included. Love to see the bible in the drawer! A nice pool. A continental breakfast with homeade muffins. There was a few cons this time. The water pressure in shower was so slow and no liner, made a water mess when showering. The tv shut off at 11pm randomly. Callled the front but the staff were not help just gave excuses. The 10am check out was much to early, since we only stayed one night. Those were just things to think about for next time. The beach is very close and we have even walked to the center of Orleans b4 and left the car parked. Just be careful because the intersection is very busy in ftont of the property. There was a car crash at the lights as we waited to cross last year.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Orleans! It was incredibly clean, spacious room, new bathroom and really lovely owners. The home made muffins in the morning were wonderful. I highly recommend this motel!!

Best comment of this motel is "it is sweet". Renovated room was very clean with ample space. Did not feel like a motel. Mattress was on the soft side for me but perfect for spouse. Picnic tables and grills were scattered about and the pool was still closed but appeared to be well maintained. The coffee and freshly baked muffins in the small lobby were perfect for the morning start. It was served by the (owner?) So it you need a great place to stay and do not care for fancy, we highly recommend.

When you say motel, normally there isn't much good about it. This motel is different. While the lobby could use an update, my room was amazing! The first thing I noticed was the clean smell when entering the room. That is unusual at this price point. The bedding was immaculate and the bed super comfortable along with the pillows. The extras would make it easy to stay a week and the room was roomy. The bathroom looked brand new. I am planning a return trip this summer and I hope the pool is open and there is a rewm available..
