The location was very convenient to the convention center; parking was also convenient. Stayed three nights on the third floor, room was dated but clean, beds and pillows were not very comfortable. No maid or housekeeping service was offered or provided during our stay. I used a plastic shopping bag to bag up our garbage. The housekeeping staff was on the 3rd floor cleaning rooms directly across the hall but never even knocked to check to see if we need towels or washcloths. I helped myself to a couple of extra washcloths off their cart. The continental breakfast is a "why bother" affair. The hotel needs to purchase a refrigeration unit and get rid of that ridiculous ice bar set up, I am sure your staff would appreciate it and temperature control for foods requiring refrigeration would meet health standards. I did not want to stay at this hotel, but our preferred location was full. It is doubtful that we would choose to stay at this location again.

The room was exactly like the pictures and very friendly staff. Erik at the front desk was very pleasant and hospitable. Amelia was so helpful in printing our tickets to the Space Needle for us since I had no way to print them. Our stay was simply AMAZING! The pool is awesome and my eight-year old loved it! I would recommend staying here any time you are in Wenatchee.

The rooms are really small and very dingy. The curtains in our room were torn and tattered. Or room must’ve not been used in a while because the dust settled and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was dry and crusted over.

The location of my room was just terrible. I was placed right next to the elevator and ice machine. So every time someone got on or off the elevator the had to stand right outside my room and it was very noisy. People were using the ice machine as early at 5am. There was not enough seating in the pool area for the amount of people that were there. The AC could not keep up with the heat of the weekend and the room would not cool down enough and the refrigerator temp was not very cold.
