Fun at the Lake

This property was very nice, comfortable and relaxing. We stay at these condos every year and parking is great and the pools are very nice. We did have a hiccup with front gate code, but owners resolved quickly. Very easy to her to, and main level entry was nice.

Location, location, location!

Perfect location for a concert at Ozarks Amphitheater, hiking at Ha Ha Tonka trails and a day on the lake. Everything is just minutes away. Very clean and spacious condo with beautiful views of the lake. Already planning our return trip!

Great location in the Ozarks!

This was our first visit to the Lake of the Ozarks, and despite having just a few days to visit, we made the most of our time. One entire day was dedicated to a delightful boating and tubing experience, while the following day was dedicated to exploring the scenic trails hiking. The accommodation proved to be an ideal fit for our family of five, offering comfort and convenience. Notably, the location in close proximity to both boat rental facilities and restaurants added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The sunrises we witnessed from the patio each morning added a touch of natural beauty to start our day. The condo was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Family vacay

This condo is decorated really cute. No stairs to get to it or the pool. So great for my husband that has mobility issues. Beds were comfy & plenty of towels. Unfortunately the floors/rugs were dirty, not certain if the cleaner went too quick or it needs a deep cleaning. (Owner did have cleaner come back, but floors still need deeper cleaning) Also, only 1 garbage bag in kitchen and only a 1/3 of tp roll in 1 bathroom. So you might want to bring with you.

Great condo, good location

The condo is beautifully decorated and was perfect for my family. We brought smaller kayaks and the location wasn't really good for our kayaks. Would definitely recommend having a boat to fully enjoy the area.

Beautifully decorated Condo in Niangua

We loved our stay at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and was like staying in a fancy lake home! Brand new appliances and so clean!! Easy access on ground level, plenty of parking and talking to the hosts was easy and they were very warm and receptive to all my questions. We were right next to Ha Ha Tonia and 5 minutes from grocery store. My favorite place at the condo was sitting on the balcony (it is HUGE) and enjoying the lake view. Condo was also very quiet. We never heard any noises from neighbors. Highly recommend!!
