I was told when I stated that the key did not work I would need to put the key in the lock and then turn kick the door to get the door to open. Since my husband and myself are in our 80's this was something hard for us to do. We did have to stay one night but was able another place to stay the second night. The pool in the picture did not have any water in it. Very disappointment.

Took my kids for Father’s Day weekend. Only thing that was a little disappointing was that the pool wasn’t open. But took my kids to an indoor water park.

After I had booked the room, the hotel kept calling me during work to tell me I “needed to be there by 10 PM”. When I informed him I couldn’t be there by that time, as my job (I’m a musician) was until 10 PM and I would still need to drive there, he said “ok, well what time can you be here then?” I thought that was ridiculous, and said I would be there when I could get there. They proceeded to call me 2 more times while I was playing my gig. I paid for the room in advance. Why do I have to be there at a certain time? You’re not losing out on the room if I don’t show up, in fact you’ll make more money because you won’t have to clean the room. I cancelled my reservation and asked for my money back. Both them and Expedia refused to give me my money back, even after they badgered me about what time I was going to show up. I would avoid places like this. I stay in a lot of hotels, some high end and some low end. Most of them want to make your stay comfortable, and fix the mistake if they don’t. I avoid ones like this like the plague.

The housekeeper needs to be trained or replaced that shower curtain was dirty the coffee maker was filthy she did not check to see if we needed anything and the outside noise between 10 and 2:00 at night was horrible will not be returning

The place is simply worn out. It was neat, clean, and had staff who were helpful and friendly. The bed, however, had quite the dip in the middle of it.

If only for sleep can manage one night

Ok if just need a place to sleep. Our room obviously had not been recently cleaned as there were cobwebs containing small flies etc in the corners of the room and above the curtains. There was a strong musty smell in the room and a smell of urine in the bathroom. Again- likely because the room had not been used or opened up for some time. The bed was clean and comfortable. Definitely needs some upgrades and repairs to walls, some rusty ceiling tiles etc. Very thin towels. Advertise breakfast but it was bagels and cream cheese or Great Value boxes of cereal to pour from. We selected due to the pool and it was not even remotely ready for the season. Not been cleaned or filled.

Everything was not cleaned properly. The sheets were stained and there were strands of hair in the made bed when we arrived. The bathtub was dirty. The outside trash bins were not emptied the whole weekend. The pool that is pictured is covered and has not been used in a very long time. The pictures are most definitely not true to the place. We stayed because of the convenience of location. Never booking there again.

The location was perfect. I asked for a ground floor room, didn't get one, and I'm disabled. Then, when my 3 year old grandson was running across the room at 8:30 pm, I got a complaint. Broken door lock, loose doorway tack strip, and to boot, the pool was green. Never going back.

We arrived on Friday and the desk clerk had already charged my card before I was even there. That was not the form of payment I wanted to do, but he said that he had already done it. Fast-forward to Saturday still the same front desk clerk, fast-forward to Sunday still the same front desk clerk. The pool cover is still on when I left Sunday they just pulled. It is full of green algae. The room condition the desk drawers have latches that are missing. I’ve got a possessed lamp that decides to win and we’re not to come on. The free breakfast consisted of a pancake automatic maker in the lobby. Woke up to go to the lobby to get some coffee. The lobby does not open until 730 daily. Would not recommend staying here. I will not stay there again.
