The hotel was not up to standards, outdated , bugs in room, the shower head was corroded, they def need to update their property/rooms . The pool area had weeds growing up along side the pool along with cigarette butts laying on ground near the pool. It had a bad smelling odor in the entire place . Place was disgusting !

It was not horrible but will say housekeeping could do a little better cleaning . I understand things can be missed sometimes . One TV didn't work very good but we had a separate room with a TV that did work better. Breakfast was horrible . They had a pancake machine but I never did find any mix and only other food offered was bread, muffins and cereal or yogurt . I did enjoy the location and easy access to stores and as I said was very quiet most of the time . Did have kids next door one night that were little loud but was not to bad. I could also see the lake from my window so that was pretty cool

After check in, we always look over the room for cleanliness. The room smelled of smoke and we found a bed bug on one of the beds. Immediately went to the front desk and cancelled our stay. Showed the front desk clerk the picture of the bug and they denied that is what it was. I used to work in hospitality and was trained to spot the evidence of the presence of them as well as what they look like.

When we checked in and went to our room, we found that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. My wife went to the desk and explained that we have meds that must be refrigerated. The gentleman at the front desk promptly brought one to us. Everything else was great from the start - it was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

The bathroom sink has a partial clog - the sink started to fill up just while washing my face in the morning. I had to turn off the water to let it drain before I rinsed off my face. The shower was completely clogged by hair that i didn't notice until i was in the shower and the tub started to fill up while showering. It was the slowest drain due the hair. The TV barely worked, we could hear tv shows but couldn't SEE anything on more than 3/4 of the channels. There was only ONE Styrofoam cup for coffee in the morning - kind of a problem when there's 2 of us. And 3 pillows for 2 people - also a problem when we both use 2 pillows. The bed was comfy though, i loved the bed.

Check-in was horrible. He couldn't find the reservation and I had to say my name over and over again. Finally found it and assigned us a room. We got in the room and settled in a bit and when I checked the sheets they had not been washed. I went back to check in to request new sheets and once again he couldn't find my name in the system even though it was the same guy that gave me the key. I finally gave up got the sheet and went back. We had a two-night reservation, the next day I was at a conference but thank God my wife was still in the room, because housekeeping came in to try to clean the room only after one night. If she hadn't been there who knows what would have happened to my stuff. It smelled dirty, look dirty, run down, not worth $60 a night even by a long shot. I will never stay in this place again

Disgusting!

This property was disgusting! We couldn’t stay there with our grandson. The shirts had feces on them, mold in the bathroom, the roof and wall was leaking, black mold in the refrigerator, cobwebs in the lights. It was a health hazard and not a place for a family! It was a nasty hook up place! We had to find a different place to stay! I need a refund!

Oh, How the Mighty Have Fallen

You can tell this was once a nice hotel. Not so much anymore. Our room had a musty odor. The air conditioner made a strange sound that would wake us up. There was less than a quarter of a roll of toilet paper when we arrived without a replacement. There was a make up smudge on one of the towels. The coffee maker was not plugged in and didn't reach a plug where it sat and there were no coffee cups, only plastic cups. The people at the front desk were helpful getting us TP and coffee cups when we asked for them.
