The guy at front desk was not very friendly at check-in, which could be from hating his job as I'm sure he deals with multiple complaints due to the condition of this hotel. We specifically chose this hotel since they advertised an indoor pool and hot tub. At first very surprised to find area completely empty until we got closer and smelled a very foul odor and then saw the most disgusting hot tub I've ever seen. It looked like dirty pond water, it clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time if ever! Headed back to room to shower only to find no hot water. Front desk guy said will have to reset and should have hot water in about an hour. Decided we would watch some TV while we wait, only to find the TV also didnt work. I can't say how breakfast was because we checked out and went somewhere else. Worst hotel experience I've had! I can only assume the positive reviews are fake. Don't be fooled like i was!

Overpriced for what you get, especially for it being the off season. I’ve stayed in better rooms down the road for half the price. Room was clean and in order except for shower being dirty on the caulk line. Had to wait 20 min before anyone checked me in at the front desk. Breakfast was almost inedible. I stayed there for work nearby but if I was traveling with my family I would avoid and just drive 13 miles to Osage beach for better accommodations.
