Guests should be aware of the following:
•The resort is currently renovating the elevators on the property in Building B and Building C. Therefore, the elevators are not operational at this time. All one-bedroom and two-bedrooms suites will require stairs to access the suites. You may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site. This work is projected to be complete by Sep 1, 2025. Dates are subject to change.

This spacious two-bedroom measures approximately 1,036 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom two twins in the second bedroom and one queen Murphy bed in the living room. • The surrounding area is seasonal and some of the local stores are closed October-April annually.
• Due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse suites, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check in.

• Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pools are seasonal, closed November-April annually. Hot tub is open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.
