I had high hopes for this hotel based on the highly rated reviews and pictures of the facilities however i was extremely disappointed. I am a bit ocd so i rated it a 2 star because it was not the worst but i will never return. Our first room as soon as i walked in the door noticed stain marks on the walls along with a roach. We decided to inquire about a refund but it was too late so they offered us a change of room. At first glance room seemed better but after settling in I realized there were wall stains which were able to be removed by a light wipe with a Clorox wipe! The pillow cases and sheets had stains. The bathroom towels had stains. I was miserable there. I covered myself head 2 toe while i slept. I didn’t want to eat in the room because of the roach. I had to go exchange towels multiple times. Jonathan was very accommodating to us and provided excellent customer service within his abilities. It was unfortunate to not have been provided with a discount or the ability to cancel the number of days spent there for a refund but i know that was not Jonathans decision so again he really helped to make the experience as pleasant as possible. The lobby and restaurant looked well kept but we didn’t eat there so cant speak on food. We did utilize luggage service to send our bags to tokyo and they did a great job with assisting us with this. Our luggage arrived next day with no issues. The location was great. Family mart, 711, starbucks and train stations within a block or so.
