Overall, great hotel! The best thing was that it was within walkable distance to two train stations and all of the various chains of convenience stores (Lawson, 7-11, Family Mart) so it made our mornings and nights easier. The bathroom and room were a bit small, so it was a bit hard dealing with multiple suitcases, but we made do.

The ac was not working in the room. I called and they said that it takes a while for the ac to start working because it was hot. Turn out the room they gave me the ac was broken from the start and they knew about it. 4 hours later of complaining and being hot they changes us room. I asked for a manager to do something for the inconvenience and they said no just sorry

Had a comfortable stay at Best Western Hotel. The beds are so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to convenient stores and metro stations which facilitated mobility. I really recommend Best Western if you’re thinking of visiting Osaka soon.

Walking distance to Osaka centre and Osaka Castle. Friendly,professional staff always willing to assist. Modern 3 star hotel perfect for either 1 or 2 nights or much longer stay. Next time in Osaka, I'll definitely stay here.
