Absolutely loved the stay at the Hotel Monterey Grasmere in Osaka! Lovely and welcoming staff, wonderful amenities and centrally located to transport and the Dontonburi shopping district. Looking forward to staying with the Hotel again on my next visit to Osaka!

The train, subway and airport bus terminal are conveniently located nearby. The big supermarket is just downstairs. Reception staff were very helpful and professional. What needs to improve is the toilet which seems to have a stench when we first entered the bathroom and even after room makeup.

The hotel staff is great extremely nice and eager to help. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 I would highly suggest purchasing it. The attention to detail was great as well for example, the room keys were made of wood, which I think is a very nice touch. Next time I come to Osaka, I will definitely be staying here again. It also is in a very good location for anything that would want to be done during the night.

Overall just impressed with this station. Namba station being right below it, access to anywhere in Osaka you might need to go. Room was big and comfortable. View was amazing.
