Overall a good experience, however no bar to sit and relax also shockingly when we asked for additional milk for our room coffee we were told we should go to the supermarket downstairs, outside the hotel to buy some!! Not happy at all.

Nice and experienced staff. We’re English-speaking and had no language barrier issues. The room was clean save the breakfast buffet was fantastic. There was a laundromat less than five minutes away, and so many restaurants and convenience stores within two minutes. My only complaint, which isn’t really fair, is that we got so lost trying to get from the station to the hotel. It is so close to Osaka station (less than a 5 minute walk), but even when using Google maps, we couldn’t find the right way to exit the station, and once we were out, couldn’t orient ourselves to cross the right streets. I would recommend studying the Osaka station layout and hotel location so you have an easier time. That being said, once you figure it out, it’s super easy and convenient.

Pretty nice hotel. It was connected with the subway system which was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish they would have had laundry machines. Also the restaurant was very expensive so we did not eat there.

Very nice and fancy hotel, with reception on the 22nd floor and even a full wedding chapel beside it, but in comparison the room was a bit disappointing, not very spacious, with just basic amenities and not much room to put your things in the washroom and the room, but other than that it was perfectly clean, nice comfy beds and great view of the city

The hotel looked extremely fancy, with concierge on the 22nd floor and even a full wedding chapel there, but after seeing that, the room was a bit disappointing. The property was in a perfect location. The subway was literally outside the door and there were lots of shops and restaurants located witching walking distance. A great place to stay for in Osaka for a base to go exploring.

Conveniently located with a subway immediately in front of the hotel. Seems as though the hotel rooms are undergoing upgrades / modernisation. I stayed in one of the old rooms which was unfortunately outdated and looking worse for wear. I’m sure the rooms will look great once updated.

great location, we had 4 beds room and it was fantastic 1 1/2 bathrooms. the only downside is no laundry services offered or cafeteria just a high end restaurant but plenty of options around the hotel. I will return again
