We absolutely loved this hotel! It was so grand and beautiful once you walk in. The staff was very nice and always smiling. We chose this hotel to be near universal studios and it was perfect to ride the train just one stop, which the was just across the street. We had a view of the suspension bridge, which lit up at night. Taking the elevator you could see the entire universal studios. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very good. It was buffet style and had so many options for food, drinks and dessert. It is far from the main city of Osaka, but it forced us to get up and start our day, which we liked. Overall, beautiful hotel, extremely large room and wonderful staff!

Excellent property

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the updated bathroom. Super convenient for transportation - there is literally an entrance by the front door. Nice to have coffee in the lobby.
