We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Shuttle bus was a bonus. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay close by Osaka central.

Overall the hotel is good. This is my 4th time living this hotel, while the room 1520 was smelly, not sure what happened before I arrival. That was my 1st time has this feeling, hope the hotel can be solved this issue

Japanese people are the kindest and cleanest I have encountered in this world! Personal, private , attentive great client service. The lounge , public bath available to the guests was a gift ! I would stay here again !!!!

Staff are straight face. Theirgreetings are too artificial, can tell that that are just doing their job, not really presenting the sincere hospitality greetings which a hotel suppose to be. May be there is a language barrier, everything I asked were reply with a "No, Can't do" manner. Hope the management can cosider improvement in these areas.

48 Hours in Osaka

My husband, myself and 2 other family members loved our excellent accommodation at Mitsui Garden Premier. The hotel, lobby and outside environment is as I saw it in photos which is splendid. We loved the river view from our room, it looked exactly as it did in internet photos. Your restaurant was also an excellent find as we were hungry looking for a place to eat we fell upon the restaurant. I don't remember seeing any in room info about the restaurant. This was our first trip to Japan visiting Tokyo, Hiroshima and Osaka. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Japan we will book Mitsui Garden in other cities as well. Your front desk staff was so helpful upon arrival and departure. They helped us with direction and taxi arrangement. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable and spacious enough to our liking. I loved the bath tub which I named "furo". We loved your huge shopping mall! Thank you very much for your hospitality and generous amenities. Mahalo & Aloha, The Adams & ohana from Hawaii

Wonderful Hotel - 10/10 recommend

The staff was very attentive and kind and had great English for those that don’t speak Japanese. The rooms were big compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. We had access to the lounge which was nice to meet up with our friends that were in separate rooms and a place to wait for everyone to get ready for dinner. Breakfast was great and I really wish we booked our room with breakfast instead of paying for it extra after the fact; but still worth it. The bath house was clean and nice too but make sure to bring your own towel.

Very clean. I do regret booking a smoking room, didnt realize and the room and halls really smelled like someone smoked right before we got there every day. We had to sleep with the windows opened. Other than that loved the room size, cleanliness and setup. Beautiful location
