Staff were not very friendly, no parking provided when we specifically checked for hotel parking. Asked to wait for early check in and was told no we couldn’t check in until 3pm when we requested early check in. Beds were ridiculously small and uncomfortable.

Nice place, front desk workers were friendly, ( especially the two ladies that i met on my first arrival, they were super nice ,friendly and helpful, except two old gentleman worked the night shift were not that nice. And not speaking english.

Very walkable to restaurants and shopping nearby. Stations are within 5-10 minute walk as well depending on your destination. Ceilings in the bathroom are a little short, but overall nothing to complain about. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, and there is a reasonably sized comic selection for English readers that seems to be expanding periodically.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from one of Osaka’s largest shopping districts. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel requires both key cards to be returned at checkout, with a stated fine of ¥2,000 if one is missing. While we felt this fee was quite high for a plastic card, the staff were gracious enough to waive the charge after our request when we accidentally lost one. This policy was unique compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. The property also features an extensive collection of Japanese manga and anime books and magazines, which is a nice touch, though unfortunately there were no English editions available for us to enjoy.

Don't stay here

Terrible hotel. Rooms are tiny. The washroom stank and smelled like a public restroom. Told the staff and they used an ozone machine to disinfect it, but it didn't help. They don't let you eat in the lobby so if you have food, you need to eat in the room. We did that a few nights, so you can imagine others doing the same. That means the rooms must have fits bits inside. They make your bed every 3 days but remove garbage and change towels every day. We had 4 people in the room and they would take away our 4 towels and replace with 2, so every day we had to ask for towels. Their claim to be environmentally friendly is a crock as they would throw away our 4 slippers every night and give us back 2 new pairs, so we had to ask for new slippers too. This hotel is just terrible. Don't stay here.

Property is 10 mins from all major attractions. The appeal to this hotel is that its on a relatively quiet street. All major connivence stores are 2 blocks away and 3 blocks from the property is a night club area. The rooms offered are small by western standards. We were able to open one suitcase at a time. Storage is also a challenge as the room we had could only fit one luggage in the closet . Service/workers were very pleasant to work with, the breakfast offered is incredible for the price and i would return if ever in osaka.
