I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and its amenities. The staff really make an effort to help and be friendly. Good cardio equip in gym. Free shuttle, too. I would happily book here again. Thanks, Jetpark staff.

Location is great and staff ok. The lady who cleaned the room came late in the afternoon while we were taking a rest and she forgot to replenish the coffee and tea sachets

Perfect location. Staff was so pleasant and nice. Very comfortable rooms.

We were upgraded to a suite which was great. So much room. While some of the common spaces are starting to show their age the room was great and fairly modern.

Excellent service. As a repeat guest I feel very welcomed & valued. I really enjoy the well appointed & great size gym, pool & steam room area. The recently updated floor covering in the changing rooms is a huge improvement. The service in the chandelier lounge always leaves me feeling appreciated as a solo traveller. Exceptional breakfast area & service.
