I came into town for business for a very short trip and an early wake up call. There was a large group of children who were in town for a hockey tournament who were playing Nicky 9 Doors from approximately 7-11:30. The kids were extremely loud and made noise on every floor they were in. After a couple of hours (I hoped they would get bored of it), I called security to speak with them and send them back to their rooms (since apparently their parents wouldn’t). It continued for another few hours afterwards. In the morning check out I mentioned this and the concierge acknowledged that multiple people have complained. I asked for some money back for the unconvinced as I lost sleep due to events out of my control and she very rudely objected and said “kids will be kids”. I agree with this statement, however, I will not be staying there again.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. We had a room with a king size bed and pullout bed/couch. The mattress on the pullout bed was in need of replacement, could feel the springs of the bed through it. Noisy hockey team in the hallway slamming doors until midnight.. other than that great hotel and very nice breakfast.

Excellent staff providing seamless check-in, love our room with the little living room area! Feels like home - so clean and cozy. Excellent access to dining at Brew Table as well as the 24hr access to snacks/drinks etc. on site restaurant and bar + late night menu available after hours. Didn’t get a chance to go to the pool or gym but we will next time. Highly recommend!
My fav area! Table was available that was perfect for using my lap top while watching TV and conversing with family.
