The most incredible setting with a view and the sound of the river to relax by. They had to remove a dead tree while we were there. It was a weekday and while it did take away from the quiet, they efficient and it had to be done. The rooms were clean, roomy and the balcony is unbeatable.

Friendly front desk staff. Sink and bathroom counters in sleeping area. Loudest toilet flush ever. Sweet little balcony over small river with road on the other side. Two king size beds-nice. Really soft mattresses-a so nice. Outdoor stairs to room. Quiet.

Nice place to stay although Hot Springs not included. I believe it cost 25.00 per person a day for Hot Springs. Nice place overall right along trail to walk to Hot Springs.

Great little hotel

Check-in was easy. Location convenient. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great view. Sounds of the uncompahgre river while you sleep, zero road noise. No neighbor noise.

The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We checked in near the end of her shift and she was quick and helpful with all our questions. The river view was stunning! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
