Our room was very clean, except for the bathroom. There were water drips on all the walls that were collecting dirt. It was apparent that they don't wash the walls in there and it probably needed done a while ago. Otherwise, the staff were kind and our beds were nice and clean.

Clean room, full toiletries that were clean and smelled great, fresh and crisp bedding. The staff was great! Fresh and warm cookies were served in the evening. Plenty of towels available in the pool area. Fitness area had treadmill, bike, and elliptical machine.. all very clean and worked well.

I booked through Expedia. I paid the extra charge to upgrade from a twin queen bed room to a king bed room. Upon arrival i was informed that they didn’t have any king bed room but yet the room charge stayed the same???
