This family home has a sunny front deck a great place to escape the summer wind and unwind in the sun. The house also features a pool table and an eating bar. Two level home. First level entry has living room, kitchen, dining area. Bedroom with queen bed , bedroom with double bed and twin/twin bunks . 2 full hall baths. Upstairs has open loft with double futon , TV, pool table and double bed .

Madrona Dr. is located in the Cape Kiwanda are of Pacific City. Newer and older homes alike front the low bank sandy beach. This home is bordered to the North by the paved walking paths of Shorepine Village, and is just a short walk to Cape Kiwanda, the Pelican Pub, and the rest of the dining and shopping opportunities at Cape Kiwanda.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
