Very disappointed

We stayed at this hotel for many years and under many names to be honest. But this is the first time we've been here in the last year and I am shocked at the cleanliness decline. It used to be that you would walk around the lobby towards the restaurant and the breakfast area and it was immaculate. Super clean, lots of people saying hello to you that worked on the property, and this time it was different. It was really dirty, it looked like a floor hadn't been swept in a few days. While we were there the swimming pool was closed part of the time due to equipment issues. It just feels like the general maintenance of the property has become not a priority for Clarion or the new owners of the hotel. And service has gone way down, they've stopped accepting pets which is a big thing for me which is why I picked this hotel on the regular. And I'm just very disappointed.

The property and location are great, but the only issue I had was that the bathroom floor was Oily and Slippery and I had to watch my step not to slip and fall. I've stayed there before and did not have that issue in another room. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to come back for another stay.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. The only thing that wasn't up to par is the A.C. It seems lately no one has any focus on fixing these loud A.C.'s that are outdated or in poor condition. I had to go to my truck and grab some ear plugs in order to sleep with the loud noise plus it never shut off. Therefore it told me it was broke or in poor condition.

The room was not clean floor had dirt and rocks. There was a shirt under the covers. Stayed 2 nights and no one went to clean the room or put more toilet paper. AC unit kept making like a broken noise. This is the second time we stay the first one was amazing. This time it was not good.

It was a good price. We like all the many options available. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't in working order. Especially since that's was one of the main things we were looking forward to. Also, we were planning to eat at the restaurant. But what we thought was a restaurant, no one seemed to want to wait on us, we saw no menus available. We were told whenever we first checked in, there were good hamburgers there, but when we walked through the place, no one approached us, to see even what we needed. So we had to leave, to find somewhere else to eat. But in general, we did have a fairly pleasant stay

Is unsafe people fight in the middle of the night some one room of the hotel the look is broken I'm pass this room the 3 night I stay and is so scary the soor open some time the lights is off and other nights is on I stay we my daughter and is really scary because we don't know who is inside of the room I never stay in that hotel ever
