The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. It was not noted by expedia that there is a fee for parking now. But other than that everything was great. It was a great place to stay before our cruise.

The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room was spacious and well appointed. We appreciated how quiet it was. Parking was easy but we didn’t appreciate the daily parking charge which was unexpected with this type of hotel.

Love this hotel. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was because the bed seemed a little too used. It sunk quite a bit when you sat on it. I’m average weight. Other rooms I’ve stayed in at this hotel have been fine.

Meh….::

Great hotel, comfy, nice breakfast. Service is terrible. Staff acts like you are bothering them and maintenance accused us of having the heat on when we told them the ac was not working. Not the case. When we returned, the ac had been magically fixed. They charge for parking but no notice of this and it’s $10 per day. Their parking is also a construction zone. Too many hotels in the area for this type of attitude.

Reservations mean nothing

Arrived to find that the hotel had given our room to another customer without any explanation. We reserved a two bed room and the room we ended up getting was a one king size bed with a pull out couch. We had four adults , so suffice it to say it was not very comfortable for two of the adults. They offered no compensation for the problems and didn’t even apologize. I will definitely not recommend anyone reserve a room here.

Outside cushions on chairs torn and dirty. Poor choice for outside and too low to sit on. Pool tables need to be cleaned every day. Shower pressure low breakfast food fair,same every day. Room good and bed comfortable.
