Good property. Would be nice if they updated their TVs.... Blue screen in the fitness room, blue screen in the room, staff and management aware of the problem of old tvs everywhere. No maintenance staff and no plan to replace tvs.

Did not matter be a Hilton Honors holder

Terrible customer service at the front desk, especially at the check-out. Asked for receipt, the lady did not want to give me one, this was a business trip so I needed it for expense report. She was with a lot of bad attitude and terrible manner towards me. The toilet flooded, found cockroach in the bathroom. Not a good experience, never will be back.

Basic hotel

Checked in late. Front desk staff was pleasant. Carpet smelled like, well, couldn’t out my finger on it. A combination of musty/pet odor/mildew. Bed was comfortable but pillows were horrible and bedding needs updating. Just a basic room in dire need of updating. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Pool was nice but needed a cleanup around the deck. Cost was way too high especially since I saw that the rates went down significantly the very next day. Probably would not stay here again.

Location was great and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was horrible…I would either get rid of it or actually meet the Hilton standard. Everything else was good.
