The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The issue was that their was no heat in the room, they tried to fix the unit, but the problem was not resolved. They were unable to move us out of the room that night because no rooms was available until the following day. I was not happy with that situation. I spoke with the management on site about what happened, he told me about how the ac works and it normally reaches 85 degrees which it did not reach that temperature in either of rooms. I started in room 619 and ended in room 830 both required extra blankets because the rooms were really cold. I feel that I should be compensated at lease for one night by expedia because of the inconvenience of enduring, how cold the rooms were.

Average stay at Palm Beach Gardens

Did not get breakfast included. Had to pay parking because they changed policies. The ice machine was broken on my floor. Sink water barely came out with any force. Room was not ready until 4:15 and changed me to a room with no view. It was an average Marriot but nothing outstanding.

Disappointed the Marriott charged for parking. Expedia advertised FREE PARKING. Marriott would not honored & I was charged $10.00 per day. Any help or refund Expedia can offer would be highly appreciated.

Management needed.

No hot water told by engineer pump was malfunctioning. Moved us 3x and tried to tell us this is normal. Tried to cancel 2nd night after going across the street to the residence in at 7am, but was told no refunds. This was our fav hotel in the area but lack of management wont be back.
