Our recent return stay at The Langham, Gold Coast was nothing short of exceptional. It’s rare to come across service that leaves such a lasting impression. The entire experience — from the beautiful room to the impeccable service throughout the hotel — was first class. I only stayed there due to the proximity to the convention centre. What I didn't like was the fact the TV remote wasn't working and the shower head in the bathroom was broken.
