Maybe it's b/c we went during the off-season (i.e. the hot season) but I can't say enough good things about this place. It's advertised as a condo (which it is) but feels like a hotel. (front desk people were nice.) A high end place in a high end town (Palm Beach) with a lot of old school charm for about $150 a night. Parking was convenient. 5 minute walk to Publix, which is an awesome supermarket but none near where we live. And close to the "must do" attractions like Peanut Island, the Flager Museum and the Norton Museum of Art. Close to the aiport too

The hotel is being renovated so it’s to be expected that there are tools and workers around. Having said that, the hotel is always beautiful and the staff is very friendly. As for the room, I wish there was a broom. There are beach supplies, but no way to get the sand off the floor. Everything in the room was classy. Linens, dishes, furnishings… all great. But there were no instructions for the room and the mattress was horrible. By far the worst part about the room was the mattress. Great location. Great staff. But overall, the experience was a little off. The few things I mentioned as negative are easily correctable and would have a major impact on making it a comfortable stay. I would still recommend the stay however.

I'd recommend trying another unit in the building.

The location was great, other than that everything else was pretty dissappointing for the price. To start the bed was very old, noisy, and uncomfortable. Rust was forming on the sprinkler heads in the bathroom and you could see mold growing on the shower tiles... The dehumidifier was obnoxiously loud. Noticed people smoking weed on the outside lounge area, pretty sure that is not legal in Palm Beach... My biggest complaint was that the host did not communicate with us at all when we needed something simple as more towels since we were only given two fir three nights and a plug to actually use the bathtub... I'd try another unit, because this is not the one.

The condo was so cute! Everything was super clean and well maintained. Nice furniture and comfortable bed. It is small, but it doesn’t take away from the place. Other reviews mentioned it is old, but the building IS old. I think it adds character. If I ever get the chance, I will go back!

Each room is individually decorated. Not all rooms are clean . I’m filing for a refund . My room has disgusting grout that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The ceiling above the microwave had yellow peeling mold looking stains on it.

Nice place for the price, easy check in process and great communication with host if we needed anything. Building is a little outdated but is charming, and overall enjoyed our stay. Pool area is nice and some of the staff are friendly.

We booked this condo last minute for a long weekend getaway, and overall it was a nice stay! The price was very affordable, especially for such a wealthy and upscale area — but honestly, if you need the low price like we did, you should know that the area itself might not feel like a great fit. The outside of the building was historic and gorgeous, but the inside felt a bit run-down. Showing up in the middle night definitely felt like we were in the Twilight Zone. The condo was close to the beach (just a short walk) and also near a Publix, which was super convenient for groceries and snacks. However, there were no little beach shops or casual spots nearby — everything walkable was on the $$$$ end, so eating out felt pretty fancy and pricey. Everyone warns against bringing a car because parking is a nightmare, but that also means you’re pretty limited if you’re on foot. When we visited (off-season, summer), the beach had a lot of seaweed, and the weather was very hot and humid — locals say the best time to visit is October to April. Still, the area was beautiful, peaceful, and serene. Overall, I’d recommend this condo if you’re looking for a budget stay in a fancy area and you’re okay with the trade-offs: gorgeous scenery, but limited budget-friendly activities and dining.
