Made a request thru hotels.com which Sonesta stated they never received. Therefore did not make my stay as comfortable. Any reason why hotels.com did not communicate w the hotel??

The place seemed nice and clean but the bed was hard as a rock. I had to leave at 2am day 1 and sleep somewhere else. If you can’t sleep on your back or on a hard surface good luck.
