Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa offers 275 accommodations with DVD players and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms open to furnished balconies. These individually decorated and furnished accommodations have separate dining areas. Beds feature premium bedding. Televisions come with premium digital channels. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations with deep soaking bathtubs, designer toiletries, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.

We have stayed here over the years many times. A lot of areas in and around the resort need TLC. Paint, power washing, broken tile, dirty restrooms. Door to our balcony was broken and slammed every time you shut it. Very hazardous for little ones. Overall a good experience, they just need to be more attentive to the rooms, and common areas.

Nice family retreat.

All the food was mediocre, nothing to write home about. Was very disappointed in the steakhouse in particular, zero char, first one was over cooked, badly, but they remade it nicely. But all the food there was so/so, nothing great. . Pool was great, beach was great, all staff was perfect. The front desk host made multiple clients unsure how to address, heard many people making comments about having to “pronoun correctly”. Maybe they would be better suited for a behind the scenes role. . Villas were old, hot water in master shower didn’t work, wire cable covers falling off wall behind TV. . 3% credit card fee is just a joke. Who is showing up for a family vacation with cash, it’s just silly. . Construction during pool hours on one of the towers was annoying but I guess work had to be done.

The resort itself is beautiful. Location is top notch. Our room had a big wet spot on floor right in front of fridge which we think was from fridge defrosting at some point before we checked in. Caused the room to stink like wet basement. Wasn’t great but they did have someone come vaccum up the water which helped a bit. Overall room was clean & had extra supplies in kitchenette which was nice. Hotel is kid friendly & pools are great. Staff wasn’t all that pleasant but overall great experience.

Our family had a great stay at Hammock Beach Resort. The restaurants were wonderful and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Memorial Day weekend was busy but the resort was clean and the staff was attentive. We will definitely visit again!

The grounds are very beautiful and the lobby is inviting. The food at the restaurant was very good. The pools are great for families. Unfortunately, the managers will not let you sit at the pool before 9:00 am. As a result, you have to stand in line as if you are at a theme park with all the other families waiting at least 30 mins in advance. If you snooze, you will lose a chair at the pool since everyone goes in together. Based on HOA signs throughout the resort, you are reminded where you are not allowed to sit in the furniture lobby within each floor. Furthermore, owners have Ring cameras at their doors informing you that you are being recorded each time you pass by their unit. If you are use to a Hilton or Marriott resort, this will not be the same experience due to the perception that HOA doesn’t care for visitors. Check in was at 4:00 pm; however, room was not available until 5:00 pm.

The property is in disrepair. The room was fine, but all of the common areas need upkeep/renovation. We have been coming here for 10 years or so, and each year the property is in worse condition. Whoever owns the resort is putting zero money in to the maintenance of the overall property.

Family fun for all and enjoyed the whole property

We stayed here for just the weekend but it was the perfect getaway for my family of 4 and my parents in their 70s. We were told there was a golf cart shuttle from the condos to the pools but it never showed up. We ended up having to walk 20 minutes, but the walk itself is enjoyable even with 2 little kids.

Great location. Beautiful resort. Wonderful accommodations. Phenomenal service. Great room, view everything. Tons of fun and very relaxing. Though pricey, there are many food options. Loved the pizza spot.
