We highly recommend this vacation condo for anyone looking for a beautiful view of the Gulf with white sandy beaches and family friendly amenities. The host was approachable, kind and friendly; answering our questions in a timely manner and available to us as we required help checking in. The condo is very clean and comfortable with easy access to parking and local businesses. Inspite of the worn furniture, everything else was in order including extra bedding (it was cool at night), sample size personal hygiene products to begin your stay, a well stocked kitchen for meal preparation (should you choose to cook during your stay) and access to beach chairs.It was a joy to spend time at Panama City Beach and we are grateful to JoAnn for hosting us.

This unit was stocked fully from kitchen items to extra trash bags. We really enjoyed our stay here in this unit. We stay every year at shores of Panama condo, because it’s so center to everything. The parking was convenient due to not having to get on parking elevators. The check in process was easy.

Wonderful Experience!

We couldn’t have been happier with this condo! It all started with the excellent communication from the host. JoAnn was AMAZING and super responsive. The condo was roomy enough for 7 of us without tripping over each other. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The view and location of this property is PERFECT!! This was our first trip to PCB, and we will definitely be returning.

Overall, it is a good place to stay for younger families. The property has several safety rules, but not enforced. We along with several other people had challenges accessing the garage with our bands. The scanner not always working. The property was under remodeling and the construction team, polite, we're using the guest elevators which should have been avoided if there was a service elevator due to long wait times.

Overall we had a great time at this property. A bit outdated, but I'm not buying the property just visiting. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable and then some. I will add that we couldn't get the ice maker in the freezer to work. So, you may want to bring ice with you.

Fun in the sun!

JoAnn was so great to work with. We couldn’t have been more happy w the condo. It was just perfect for the 7 of us. Really cozy and beautiful view from the balcony. It was also great to find beach chairs in the bedroom closet to use! It was nice to have such an easy check in after a long drive. If you’re reading this you should book this condo! Wonderful home away from home!!

Highly recommend this property. We had a family of 5, plenty of room. Having our own laundry was a huge plus!The host was incredibly accommodating, and the little touches like fresh towels and local recommendations made our stay even better. This location was perfect for easy access to Publix Sports Park as well! Our family will be returning next year!!

Thanksgiving Vacay

I brought my kids and Dad for Thanksgiving. We were able to enjoy the beach and pool for 2 days and other PCB activities due to much colder weather day 3. Thanksgiving meal on the Bay at a local restaurant was delicious! They did have construction while we were there but due to holiday it wasn't too bad. Highly recommend, loved location, proximity to activities, etc. Thank you!

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

Perfect weather, hot tub, indoor pool and beach access were amazing! Within walking distance to WalMart, Waffle House, parlor Donuts (Amazing), Pineapple Willie’s and more! Parked at door to room, great views, just right for two families! Hope to make it an annual event!

Great location

Perfect beach location and parking for the rented unit. There was construction on one side is the building but it wasn't a nuisance at all. The host was very effective with communication of details making the check-in process seamless which allowed us to get straight to relaxing. We've stayed in the building across the street multiple times in the past in larger units I doubt I'd go back after the positive experience at this location. Much nicer overall property, closer to the ocean and more private amenities with excellent concierge and resort staff. Everyone we encountered was helpful and polite.

Great rental with a view

The owner was fantastic with communication and was very accommodating with early check in and her condo was perfect. It was very spacious, well stocked with everything and hotel was very nice. Pools and hot tubs were great.
