The largest house available in the upscale gated Sunset Beach Community. This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath home is located on the south (beach) side of 30A and is a short walk to the many restaurants, shops, and amenities at Rosemary, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

Just a 90-second walk to private beach access and the exclusive heated, gulf-front pool overlooking the ocean (one of only a few on 30A) for Sunset Beach guests only. Take a dip in the pool and then down the steps to the beach!

Sunshine @ Sunset is professionally decorated with a classic coastal elegance design and one of the few reverse open floor plans in the community with the living and kitchen area on the top floor, open to views and an abundance of natural sunlight. You won't find more windows and natural sunlight in any other home in Sunset Beach!

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the home includes full kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, travertine and wood floors, flat-screen smart TVs, hi-speed wireless internet, large deck, gas grill, washer and dryer, private parking for two cars and an open floor plan throughout the top floor.
