This was great place for our family of four. Great location. Maybe a 5 minute walk the the beach.

Disappointing Stay

Unfortunately, we found the place disappointing. There were several maintenance issues to which management company was very slow to respond or responded with "this is best we can do". For example, dishwasher had a broken part so that only the bottom rack worked; bathroom shower leaked badly to which management originally said "just try to close it all the way". It took them two days to send a competent repair person. If you have Verizon, there is no reception in and around the condo. On top of that, WIFI did not work at all during our stay. Management responded that it's provider/network capacity issue and they can not help with it. Old, scratched up pots and pans. Generally, the place needs major upkeep and lacks any sort of hospitality. It is not worth the price.

Great location and comfort

The property is in superb condition, and it’s equipped with everything a family may need for a vacation. The location is fantastic since its only a short walk to the beach. Very often we walked back and forward to get stuff we needed for our day at the beach. Convenience stores and restaurants are only a short drive away.

Nice little beach place

The Studio/Condo was clean and perfect distance to the beach. It was just a short walk (short enough my 2.5 year old could walk) to the beautiful white sand beach.

Good place with some small issues

Everything was clean. Property managers are very communicative and even called to check up on us. The place is pretty small with just one big room pretty much. The single bathroom has no exhaust!! Supplies provided are extremely limited (to be fair they do mention a starter supply warning in the ad). Just 2 rolls of toilet paper and 3 dishwasher tablets for a 5 day stay. No toiletries except for 2 questionable looking tiny soaps, and Not even a single bottle of water. So shopping for basics is necessary almost immediately - in which case It would have been good to have a list in the apartment of the nearby grocery stores (which are Winn Dixie and publix by the way. Avoid publix as it over charges for everything). Checkin is late at 4pm. Checkout time is as early as 10am! So you basically pay to stay just the evening and sleep at night. Sometimes I don't know why we pay hotel rates for vrbo places where we get no housekeeping, no room service, limited supplies, poor checkin checkout times and have to take out the garbage ourselves :) really the only advantage they offer is a kitchen. But of course that is not this property's fault.

Great location! Cute place!

This property was a close walk to the beach and updated nicely! It has a Murphy bed that helps with using the most of the space. We had 4 adults in our group, so it was a little tight. It would be perfect for a family with small children. The bunks are best for kids so it was a little close for adults. It was a little warm, but owners supplied extra fans to use and each area has a ceiling fan. During our stay, the shared laundry area had a broken washer, so we were not able to wash towels. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome location

Location A+ The suite was hard to cool especially after showers. If it had been in the summer heat it would not have been good. You have to go through a 3rd party Paradise people and they don't communicate well. They reps didn't know vendors to give us answers they had to rely on some one else. The reps also gave me wrong information on chair rentals which left us not having chairs the first day. They would not accommodate even though it was their fault.

Perfect location but property needs some updating, especially beds/matresses. Some of the comforters were dirty which is not good in Covid times! Beach chairs would help as the beach chair service only runs till 5pm which means you have nothing to sit on to watch the beautiful sunsets!
