This is a Beautifully Furnished One Bedroom, One Bath Condo. There is a spectacular beachfront view of the Gulf of Mexico and White Sand Beaches. The Condo has a King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa and Bunk Beds in the Hall. (Sleeps 1-5).

Relax on the Balcony and watch the sunset across the ocean. There are 2 Flat Screen TV's and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook a delicious meal. The Condo truly feels like "Home away from Home"!!!!!!

**The Sky Bridge Bar is available if you want to relax with a beverage and watch TV/Sports. Valet parking is available if you desire.

We took our grandkids on a mini beach vacay and we all loved it. We bought groceries before we checked in so there was no need to leave the resort and deal with the traffic on Front Beach Road—we had everything we needed in one spot. The adults loved the beach, sunrises/sunsets, the views and the comfortable bed. The kids loved the beach, the pools, the games room, and the onsite ice cream shop. There was something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

I’m so glad I took a video of the condo upon leaving I didn’t see any check out instructions at all so I sent the owner a message asking what we need to do he never responded As I was cleaning up found the instructions on the refrigerator door I followed those instructions which were Make sure trash is taken out All towels in a pile Do not clear the beds which I thought was weird But ok I didn’t clear the beds Iwiped everything down and then some few hours later I get a message asking where the pool wristbands were we were never told we had to leave them they’re those little rubber ones, boys had them on their wrist still. Offered to mail them back he was up to you or he said he’d charge 5 dollars a wristbandok fine I’ll take the charge bc didn’t want to risk him saying he never got them in the mail. Never heard of a resort using the same wristbands for all guest I really hope they were sanitized before putting them on our wrist Then he asked where is garbage can was I never seen one there and I even messaged him asking what do we do with the garbage on the second day of staying they had a shoot that we throw it down thankfully he replied to that There was no garbage can and trust me I would never have take a garbage an if things Also something happened with the water it shut down I waited 2 hours for the repair man without complaining lastly he said his cleaning lady told him the place was NASTY NO IT WAS NOT and my video is proof Half way home to MI I had to deal with that

Very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay, the view is spectacular! The weather could have been better but no one can control that and being there in January didn’t help. Interesting thing is even if the temperature is cool or cold it doesn’t matter because as long as the sun is out the balcony is sheltered from the wind.
