BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!

Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living area. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

All of it! I did not know or see in the listing that Long Beach Resorts was undergoing a complete exterior renovation project. Constant noise. When we walked into the condo, it was so dirty, sand and dead bugs everywhere, I had to call for maintenance to come and open the stuck balcony glass door, ECDI sent two men to get the door back to sliding open. Next, one of the push buttons on the door lock fell off and we could not get in. Called maintenance again and they inserted a new missing number to the door lock. Someone needs to try to sleep on these horrible beds, also, the sofa and loveseat are worn out and very uncomfortable, there were no lamps in living area bright enough to read by. The listing details said that there was cable TV in living area and in both bedrooms but there was no working cable in either of the bedroom TVs, In the kitchen, the dinner plates showed many, many knife marks on them, Completely inadequate utensils, Someone from ECDI needs to walk through this unit. My husband and I were so disappointed with our stay.

I was very disappointed in this condo. We have been staying at Long Beach Resort for 20 years. We typically rented from 2 separate owners each year. One sold her condos there and the other was booked. I booked this one and paid nearly 4k for a week. First that is ridiculous for Long Beach these days. Had it not been the fact it may be my husbands last time there as he is terminally ill, I would have gone home. There were 8 of us this time and I made it clear there were 8 of us. We were only afforded one towel each and one washcloth each all week long so we had to wash towels every day. The top of the microwave and the refrigerator were disgusting. There is black mold in both bathroom, showers and tub, lamp in the living room was broken evidently previously it still worked, but it was broken, the bathroom outlet had evidently sparked or caught fire previously, TV and the master bedroom would not work properly… The volume would go up it would click and then it would go mute and we troubleshot everything we could and for an entire week we were unable to watch TV in the master bedroom… The TV in the living room would not get local channels it would not come off of Samsung TV, the window in the bedroom has so much scum on it that we couldn’t see through one of the windows the ceiling fan that was advertised for the back patio or for the patio was completely missing and a big hole there… there was a cigarette burn in the couch, and the barstools are losing the fabric and more

I’m going to start with the worst part first. “THIS UNIT HAS ROACHES”. We battled these nasty things every night. We will most definitely not be staying here again. To make matters worse the big lagoon pool was closed the entire time we were there. Yes there are other smaller pools there but they were so crowded we couldn’t get in. It would have been nice if the rental office had made us aware of this before we arrived. The owner definitely didn’t go the extra mile for the renters. The remotes to the tv’s were all busted up and didn’t half work. The lighting in the rooms was terrible, no lamps in the living room. This unit didn’t come with beach service chairs either. Overall we made the best of it.

There is not much light in any room. No lamp at all in living area other than ceiling fan and just above dem for light.Plugs are loose and will not stay in plug. Microwave had stand out smear on the upper right top and set the stage for the rest of the rooms.

Great Location

Family beach vaca

This was our family beach vacation, we go every year. We always look forward to it!! I have to say the condo in itself was in major need of an update. If you stay here you will want to stay in tower 3, as it’s right by the lagoon pool. We stayed in tower 1 & had to walk all the way through the breeze way to get to the lagoon pool. It was a long walk, also not every tower had beach access, Thankfully ours did!! We came in a low season, so we didn’t have any issues with elevator wait time or anything. I also have to mention, the condo itself the key pad wasn’t necessary.. you did not need it. It would always open. We didn’t have an issues with anything getting taken due to this, the GM said this can happen because the sand.. also the condo didn’t get as cool as it should. The lighting In the bathroom was super crappy, as me & my sister had a tough time getting ready because it was so dark in there. We also had a vent hanging in the queen bedroom side. The lounge chairs were also mostly broken. They needed major upgrading. For it to be resort, it’s definitely on the older side. We also had a very hard time getting in contact with the rental agent, it took about 4 days past the due date of the rest of the deposit being paid. They would not answer the chat through VBRO, or email.. I finally heard back through them through a completely different number. They also double charged us, it took about 2 weeks to get that money back as well.i will say we LOVED the location though!

Awesome Location

Property was ready and clean when we arrived. The location is close to everything including great restaurants, water park, race track and many shops. I like this location it doesn’t seem as crowded in this area. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Family vacation

It was nice to relax to the sound of the ocean. We stayed over the 4th of July. You could see the fireworks from the balcony. The issue we had did not have anything to do with the resort, it had to do with unruly people lighting trash cans on the beach on fire, as well as one of the grassy areas outside of the resort. They were also shooting Roman candles at the police who were trying to do their jobs. We were up all night two nights because of their unruly behavior: police on megaphones, lights flashing in the bedroom windows, people chanting and being unruly at 1 and 2 in the morning. All of these people were on the beach.

March trip

The unit was absolutely wonderful . Beautiful layout and furnishings. We had a major issue with resort elevators. Thank goodness we were only on the 4th floor and were able to use the stairway. Two days both elevators were down most of the time. Then one was only repaired and was able to be used thd rest of our trip.

The view from this condo is amazing. The beach access is great. The condo itself had a very strange smell to it. We even had to go to Walmart to buy a candle. The floors were so dirty it turned our socks and feet black. Food was found in the pullout bed and kitchen drawers. Several banged up walls. Seems this place could use a renovation.

I enjoyed this location, and the unit was very clean and updated. my family rented 5 units throughout the property this week and I was lucky enough to get the nicest condo of all of them. this is conveniently located to restaurants, stores, attractions and everything you need while on vacation.
