Our condo offers two Free Beach Chairs each day of your stay (seasonal March 1 to October 31).
You will notice a well-stocked kitchen that has been accommodated with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, eating utensils, glassware, china, and more. The dining area will seat eight comfortably with four at the dining table and four at the counter. The fully stocked kitchen along with the furnished dining area gives you the option of dining in for all your meals.
The living room is beautifully furnished. There is a sofa which converts into a queen-size bed, side chairs, tables, lamps, ceiling fan and large flat-screen TV and a DVD for entertainment.
From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversized, private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises. Also, a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony!
The master suite is accommodated with a king-size bed, side furniture, lighting, drapery, and a flat-screen TV. The master suite also opens to the balcony where both the water and sounds of the beach can be seen and heard! Adjoining the master bedroom, there is an upgraded private bathroom with beautiful tile surrounds..
The guest bedroom is accommodated with a king bed and flat-screen TV (the guest bedroom photo shows a day bed which has been removed and is no longer available). There is also a private entrance to the second bathroom from the guest bedroom.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
