Perfect location and space

This was our second stay at the Summit, and we chose this room to accommodate our bigger group this year. The space was everything we needed and it was an up to date condo. Bathrooms were great, beds were comfy, and kitchen was great as well. The 3 stars is for the AC we didn’t have for the first 5 days of our stay though. While management did respond quickly it took 5 days and 2 technicians till we got AC. We were miserable in the rooms for like 80% of our vacation. I would definitely choose this room again, but I would verify the AC was working first.

Good location. Beds uncomfortable. Pillows flat. Hot water runs out before shower is done for 1 person showering. The thermostat is programmed so that you cannot turn the temperature below 68 degrees. Several of the light switches do not control the lights. You have to use pull strings to turn lights & fans on & off. So if it’s a really hot day you sweat right after showering. Not a place I would want to stay again.

The condo and furnishings are beginning to show it's age. The mattresses are used and uncomfortable and the floors were dirty. At nightly rate we paid, I would expect the condo to have extra garbage bags, paper towels, toilette paper, etc. The kitchen has some pots and pans but no pot holders. Only one dish rag and towel in the kitchen. The resort pools indicate they are open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM but they closed every evening at 8:00 PM.

We were able and to check in early, which is always nice. The cleaning crew went above and beyond. The towels folded in animal shapes were a nice touch. The wrap around balcony had a perfect view of the sunset. Some of the light switches were oddly placed and controlled tv along with lights, which was challenging at night. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Overall 10/10

The stay was good the place was nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems with our stay only thing I would say maybe the place could be a lil tyke more renovated and the beds squeaked the pull out coach could’ve been better the mattered topper wasn’t the best and the Murphy bed was not really cleaned however this is a good place for young people

Condo was dirty!! I have pics! Hardly any cook wear, not one shape knife. The cook wear was in horrible condition.Dirt and dead bugs in cabinets. Some one else’s dirty clothes in the bathroom. The comforter in master bedroom was very dirty with spots on it that we didn’t want to even touch! No hot water I. The kitchen sink. I can go on forever . We rent a lot and this was the worst rental ever. The master bathroom had mold and mildew on tiles ceiling’s and shower curtain.

OVERALL IT WAS OKAY

Beds slept good, view was great! A/C couldn’t be regulated so we woke up sweating during the night. You should be able to regulate the air condition to what you want when it’s as hot as it is outside in Florida. Shower curtain in master needs to be updated. There was mildew in the master shower/curtain and wall as well as someone’s toothpaste on the floor.

Overall, the condo was great. The kitchen was a little tight when the murphy bed is pulled down. There were dirty towels in the condo when we checked in but housekeeping came and took care of it. There was limited hot water when showering. But besides a few flaws a perfect location!

We did find a few unwanted bugs in kitchen. This is the first place we have rented that did have anything extra in kitchen (salt, pepper and aluminum foil) and the first time we could not sit out on the balcony to eat plus limited seating outside and in.

We have stayed at The Summit for the past 2yrs at different condos. The experience is always great and this stay was nothing short of that! Only issue was we had a lot of small bugs throughout the condo. Not a huge deal as we spent most of our time on the beach, but enough to become a nuisance after a week there. All in all and great trip!

This place was infested with roaches& there was mold in the bathrooms! The dryer had so much lint in the filter it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in atleast 6 months. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I will never stay here again!!

Bugs in the room

Roach bugs in kitchen and living room. not just a few. A lot of roaches. Floors were covered with sand and not mopped. Hair in bathrooms. We spent 2 hours cleaning when we checked in. Overall cleanliness of 801 at Summit was terrible
