Finishes Not As They Appear On Listing/Photos

We had a few uninvited guest, little bugs, mostly in the kitchen. Bathroom tile, not great install. Flooring has several defects. King mattress was not very good, sagging and it is a foot longer than the mattress support. Dresser drawers fall out when you open them. Toilet paper holders are not secured very well. We provided a pizza cutter and a pizza pan and some cheese cutters.

The condo was in good shape. The appliances were up-to-date, which was very nice. There was plenty of towels and utensils and pots and pans. The furniture was nice the patio furniture. I really enjoyed with the pub style seating. I have already booked for the same week next year in the same condo

Thoroughly impressed with the Condominium. Great location and located on the 5th floor, looking over the pools! Had recently been remodeled. All new stainless steel appliances, front end laundry, and laminate flooring. Will stay again!

Birthday trip

The condo was awesome and truly was as wonderful as the pictures showed. The master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need and loved the wine cooler for our drinks. The beach chairs was a great perk. People here were so friendly and made some new friends. The view from the balcony was great!

Our stay was great. Room was clean and had everything you needed. It also came with beach chairs which is a huge plus. Only negative on the trip was the pool closing at 8:00 which I've never had happen in 18 different trips to PCB. We always liked The Summit because the pool was open until 11:00 and they were pretty laidback in the pool area compared to other resorts. Pool time had nothing to do with the room but thought I would mention it so no one is surprised. I would absolutely rent this room again!!

Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful stay. Entry into the property was very convenient via a keypad, therefore, there were no keys to keep up with. Upon entering the property the condo was very clean and welcoming, as the lights were left on for us. The view is exactly as pictured and was wonderful to wake up to each day. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. It was perfectly located and the amenities (beach access, two pools, hot tubs, and on site tiki bar and food) were great! The property is conveniently located within very close driving distance, and evening walking distance to lots of great restaurants. The local water park was just a short 10 minute drive, which was great considering the ocean was close due to rip currents during our stay. One of our favorite conveniences was the inclusion of the two beach chairs and umbrella rental on the beach. This was HUGE and prevented us from having to carry down tons of stuff. The only critique I did have of the property was the elevator situation. There were only 4 elevators for the large property, one of which was closed for modernization, which made check-in, check-out, and high volume times of the day (going to the beach, coming back from the beach, and heading out for dinner) difficult as we did have to take the stairs a lot of the time. Being on the fifth floor it wasn't too bad, but it would have been nice to have more easy access to the elevators. Overall we LOVED our stay!
