Bathtub had hairs on the walls like they didn’t even bother cleaning the bathroom. As soon as you walked in the room the smell was disgusting. Every other person staying there was smoking weed and the whole hotel smelled like it. The carpet in the room was so dirty it felt sticky and my socks were black from walking from the bathroom to the bed. Never again!!! Absolutely disgusting. Do not take your kids there.

It’s time to upgrade. Rooms are in poor condition. Look @ 5 rooms before making a decision. Heard that others were saying the rooms were not fit. Have stay here about 5 yrs ago and like I said, it’s time for upgrade of everything in these rooms.

I don't understand all the negative reviews, but to each they're own. My room (606) was clean, and efficient. A full size refrigerator, microwave and mini stove with an oven. They even had silverware, cups, plates, pots and pans and dish detergent. The bathroom was well stocked too. The only complaint I have is that the people in the room over was smoking pot on the balcony and it was wafting onto mine. I text the number the hotel sent me if any problems came up and they were gone the next morning. People just want to complain to complain. You are at a BEACH FRONT hotel, if you want absolute pristine conditions, then stay inland, because this hotel is definitely not for you.

It’s so ok but the hotel is very old the roof inside the room and the balcony had it bad mildew!!! That’s not healthy I don’t know why there is not a rule for all those hotel to inspect and fix whatever problems or issues the hotels show just for the safety of the people and because it’s not free we paid but it’s over price we paid $489 half goes to Hotel.com & half price goes to the property. That hotel should cost $20 per night because of the condition of the hotel!!!

Great rate for last minute extension of our trip. We've stayed here in the past and it's a great location close to everything. Unfortunately, no one was at the front desk, had to go next door to check in. Really wish the fridge had a real freezer, would be so convenient. Too close to the top and food freezes but stuff that should be frozen wouldn't stay frozen. Had coffee and a pot, but no cups and only 1 sugar/creamer set. (Hate these, so wasteful. Either you use the sugar or the fake stuff, the other is most likely tossed.) I was able to get cups and flavored creamer from the lobby. Plenty of towels and now they offer pool towels. Rooms are clean, bed is comfy and TV is adequate. The door to balcony will not close completely and will not lock. The pool needs a lot of work, multiple places the concrete is broken and/or missing. The pool safety gates do not shut/lock without effort. Distance to the beach is short, the walkway has a shower and faucet to rinse off sand. Very spacious so travel up and down is not jammed.
