The amenities and building are broken down and just too old. The beds are bad, the A/C system is loud, hot tub didn’t work right and was dirty. Just didnt feel very safe there.

Not what we expected

Easy beach access, they are remodeling. Our room had a kitchen, but no cookware, and was told by the manager she didn’t know when they would arrive. We went to Walmart and spent over $50 to be able to cook the food we brought for the week. I asked to speak to the manager for a discount, she said, “I am the manager,” I can’t give you a discount, if you don’t have towels or bed sheets, we’re not sure when our linens will arrive. Our room (512), had paint all over the room, splatter on the coffee pot, floor, bathtub, pretty much everywhere you looked. Beware, this is not a resort. But you pay a resort fee to have beach access, complementary breakfast (pastries, yogurt, and coffee), use of the pool, and parking is limited. You may have to park across the road. Pay the extra money elsewhere and enjoy your stay.

What I appreciated about the hotel was its beachfront location and the beautiful view—it was definitely a highlight. However, the actual experience didn’t match what was advertised online. When I arrived, one of the beds had dirty sheets, and the pull-out bed in the back room hadn’t been cleaned or changed. The balcony had significant rust, the AC unit wasn’t functioning properly, and the bathtub would back up during showers. I also noticed that some other areas of the hotel were showing signs of rust and wear.

It’s cheap for a reason do not stay here and save your self a head ache. On arrival our room had no towels, no shower curtain, and ac was not working and a repair was attempted but was told it would be the next day before it could be completed. If you like the smell of weed this is the place for you.

In need of a few repairs

Beds were comfortable and clean. The floor of my room was not swept and full of sand. I did find housekeeping and she swept it. Plenty of towels in the room but none at the pool. Renovations were going on during my stay so they are making improvements. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Love seat in my room needs thrown away! Zippers on cushions wouldn't zip and they were filthy/stained. Lighting isn't very good in bathroom and there were stains on there as well. I probably would stay again because of the beach front location and nice pool with pool furniture. Staff was accommodating with any request I had.

Good deal for the price

nice location right on the beach w/beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. An older building which had some amenities not found in newer buildings but also a couple of issues (toilet running. Had to adjust stopper a couple of times). Price was right so no complaints!

The best part was being right by the ocean and great views. Staff were very helpful and kind. The pool was nice but a little dirty, same with the hot tub. They are in the middle of renovations on a few floors. So there was construction debris here and there. The room itself was ok but dated. The floor still had hair on them in the bathroom. Are biggest issue was the smoking from other guests from the porches even though it said no smoking. It was so bad the smell was coming into our ac units. So we weren’t able to use the porch as much as we would have liked.

Affordable and accessible to many shops

The room was decent for the price. Fit my family of 6 just fine. The hotel is being renovated so it can only get better for future guests. The beach and pool were GREAT! Not crowded, beautiful views! Front desk was very friendly.

This hotel was disgusting! Mold on the lamp shades, pubic hair on the toilet tank, dirty floors, busted cabinet hardware, spray painted refrigerator! We found out the day before we left that our room had been “remodeled “

Had to ask for bath towels, toilet paper holder came off the wall, coffee pot in room had molded coffee in it- jet tub needed cleaning & so did shower.

Check in but room is not ready yet. Transfer to different room number but it seems like they just sprayed air freshener and didn't clean it. Whole room smells specially the bathroom. Asked for bath towels but told me there's no clean one yet and they will just take it to our room but they did not. There's a kitchen but nothing to used for cooking aside from one pan that is very nasty. No sponge and dish soap. Door Lock is broken it takes effort to lock it. One thing I noticed for the last 3 times of staying here is they will always tell Anyways, front desk staff is nice.
