The location is great but I was not impressed with the hotel. I was expecting the kitchenette to be better. It was outdated and just painted to cover up stuff. They did not have enough to even cook with so it was useless. The mattresses and pillows were horrible and I woke up stiff every day. It is a place that I will not go back to visit.

Horrible place, filthy, noisy. Rooms had no soap in dispensers , nothing to use in kitchen. Shower floor was slimy. Only good thing was the beach view, but not not worth it because of the condition of the hotel inside and outside. Pet friendly but no place to relieve themselves. Don’t stay here until they refurbish ALL of the rooms.

First off it has very poor management, was suppose to have a king size bed an we got two full beds instead very uncomfortable when ur use to sleeping in a king size! The room was not clean like they should have been, sand was all over the floor the bathroom was not clean! The ac was extremely loud! When we went to check out it took over 40 minutes when it should have only took 5 minutes. Made another reservation for top floor was supposed to be king bed an again two full size beds the only thing good about the second room was the view being from the 7th floor

They need to get rooms ready earlier. The pool area is awful. There were only 4 lounge chairs and too little room to even bring your own. Access to the beach was water logged from the outdoor shower. The bed and bedding was comfortable, but the top sheet was on top of the comforter. Weird.

It was fine for me and my friend cause we don’t need much and we typically bring what we really need. Staff were helpful when we needed help and asked. Comfortable beds. Pretty clean. There was no hand soap, no towel hooks in bathroom, no phone. Only one drink cup in kitchenette. Had to move the microwave to be able to use it. Outer doors were hard to open and close and to lock. Had to slam the door to get it to shut and ram the patio door with our body to get it to open. No do not disturb sign. One bed frame seemed on the verge of breaking. Molding plastic balcony furniture, fridge rusted but was clean. Limited storage (only 4 drawers and two of them were very hard to open and close) counter space very limited in kitchen and table it kitchen was tiny. No free ice machine but there was an ice vending machine that you pay $14 for a large bag of ice. Hand full of restaurants within a mile walk. Elevators a little sketchy, there was one that we got on once and refused to get back on that one. Beach not crowded. None of these things were so severe for us that it truly bothered us, we just dealt with it.

First off the "pre registration/check in" is wrong. It had me choose when we would arrive and I chose 3pm and planned accordingly to our arrival time, but was told that its wrong and they dont know why it does that. And that we could'nt check in till 4pm. When our room was finally "ready" we got into the room and an "inspector" was still their and asked "if this was our room"... like "yes, how else would we have got in". The room smelled like strong burn smoke and found out that is was the microwave in our room. It had the smell the entire time of our stay while im currently a pregnant mother, but at that point we were just happy to check in. The beds had possible dog hair on the bed frame, very dirty floors, and didnt even change to toilet paper roll or fill the bottles of bodywash, ect.

Certain items in kitchen dirty, but report to manager and room was recreated. The building and outdoor pool area needs some updating. I enjoyed the overall experience and right on the beach and local shops and restaurants. I would like to thank the staff and I will definitely stay here again.

They gave my room to someone else and after traveling all day had to stay in property next door in a down graded room with a roach in the bathroom until the next day when someone finally checked out and given another downgraded room but was told the downgrade was the same price as the king suite that I purchased and no refund was given with the exception of a $39 resort fee!!! Will never stay here again

The hotel stay was awesome. Plenty of room for 4 people. Ladies at the from desk were kind and helpful. I love the balcony view and the short walk to the beach. The elevators were old but we used them every time. Overall this was a good place to stay at a good price.

The view is amazing. Right on the beach. Nice pool kept clean. The room was clean. The hotel is centrally located. The staff was nice and friendly and attentive to our requests. Really reasonably priced. If your wanting a beach vacation with a nice room and yard from the ocean thats pet friendly i suggest this hotel

Billing Issues

Room was okay, the fridge leaked and ruin the leftovers. The main issue was the billing, I had to pay a deposit up front to book but they didn’t take it out until my check-in date then chargesd the remaining balance plus $100 security deposit and on checkout they charge me again minus the $100 security deposit and said the other would previous amount would fall off so my account was on hold for over $750 until the following Thursday when it came off
