This hotel is very dated. Beds are not overly comfortable and there is no daily service. Tiki bar by the pool stayed closed the entire week. The front desk service is OK. Not overly friendly, but not rude either. The only pro with this hotel is the cost that we paid for an ocean view. And being right at the beach. So if you don’t mind an outdated hotel with no amenities and somewhat uncomfortable beds this is it for you.

I was disappointed because they don’t serve breakfast. If I’m paying to stay at a RESORT I expect them to serve their guest breakfast. Other than that it was okay.

I had originally saved one of their rooms to my favorites, but when I booked, I somehow ended up with a room across the street. I didn’t mind not having the ocean view, but the room I received was very different from what I was expecting. The bathroom was extremely small—changing in there was nearly impossible. The beds were uncomfortable and had visible stains, which was disappointing. I also tried calling multiple times before the trip with some questions, but each time I was on hold for over 10 minutes, even when listed as first in line and ended up hanging up each time. I understand it’s the busy season, but it was frustrating not being able to reach anyone until we arrived. Even then, check-in took a while due to issues with a new system they were learning. To be fair, the staff wasn’t rude, but the experience just didn’t match what was advertised in the photos or reviews. If you’re booking here, be sure to double-check exactly which room you’re reserving—it makes a big difference. I did try to upgrade but they didn’t have anything available and then I asked what the cancellation fee was- but at that point might as well just stay and chalk it up as a lesson learned.

This place used to be nicer

Suppose to get two queen beds but didn't. They didn't care. The springs from the mattress were literally in ass and neck all night. I almost went and slept in the car they were so uncomfortable

It was a lot smaller than I expected the pictures make it look bigger and the pictures make it look like the umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach come with the hotel but they do not. You have to rent them for $40 a day that was disappointing but other than that, I enjoyed my stay the staff was great And the hot tub was amazing!

This is a motel. The appearance was horrible! The room was nothing like the pictures. The indoor pool was dirty. The toilet made noise all night. The tub had hair in it and the carpet was dirty. The kitchen looked really dirty. The dresser smelled horrible. There wasn’t an iron in the room and when I asked they lied and told me that it was but wouldn’t tell me where. There also isn’t a blowdryer. My 3 year old daughter constantly said that the room was disgisting, she was afraid to stay there. The location was the only good thing about the motel.
