The room was fine and definitely clean. The staff was plenty clean. The check-in took quite longer than I felt necessary, especially considering I completed the check-in information earlier in the day via the hotel's text prompt. For the room, I wasn't a huge fan of the way the HVAC was set up to run off of the thermostat, as we were unable to have a steady airflow through the night, nor could we have the air on (it was cold out, but it got a little warm in the room with only heat available). All in all, it was a good stay for the 9 hours we were there, and can't beat it for the price and the free parking.

It was an overnight stay bc we had to delay moving into our new home due to issues out of our control. I attempted to extend my stay and was told I would need to complete the entire check in process bc I paid through Expedia. Not the response I was hoping to hear. I also requested a late check out bc I was still trying to gain access to our home and was not at the property. I was denied a late check out which resulted in me having to leave the rental company so I could pick up my son. Very disappointing that they weren’t willing to accommodate me. Other than that, the property has a lot of charm and potential. It could definitely use a remodel. Also, there seems to be issues with the heating/ cooling system and there was only one bowl included in the dinnerware, in the event someone needed bowls.

Room was good, had one issue I will address at checkout. Staff was excellent, could not get into our first room. I returned to the desk, a new room was assigned. By th time I returned to the new room, your maintenance staff was addressing the issue with the 1st room. When we opened up our 2nd assigned room, last guests were smokers. Contacted the front desk, within 3 minutes the young person came with a 3rd room assignment and helped with our belongings.
