Most of the staff at the front desk were not kind. They did not clean the floor in the room at all and smells like mold! Dirty microwave and fridge and leaking shower room. Noisy and smoking guests.There are so many I can complain about. We even couldn't get in the room with the key card and it turned out that they charged just one night I booked it for 2 nights though. The only thing I liked is their breakfast.

EVERTHING WAS QUITE SUFFICIENT--ECXEPT FOR HOLE IN THE SCREEN WHERE WASPS CAME IN AND THE ICE MACHINE ON 3RD FLOOR IS OUT OF SERVICE AND ON THE MAIN FLOOR IT BARELY WORKED ENOUGH TO GET A COUPLE CONTAINERS OF ICE.WHEN TRAVELING WE NEED ICE!
