The sheets and pillow cases did not seem clean because I found two long strands of hair that were not mine under the pillows. I also felt extremely itchy all night perhaps due to whatever detergent is used to clean the linens or they may not have actually been layered after the previous guests. There were also some minor dirt stains from wear and tear

This property had no hot water on my first night but the next day the issue was fixed. The hotel was clean and fresh smelling every day I was there. It was no problems whatsoever and I most definitely would recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone staying in Panama City Beach.

Clean beds but that’s about it.

Arrived late in the evening. Given handicap room which only had the handheld shower part working. Water wasn’t hot and one knob was broken. Beds were clean but bathroom had stains on the wall. Breakfast was minimal with most things running out with the worker standing there waiting for exactly 9am to grab things and put away.

I normally don’t write reviews, but felt it necessary to share our experience. When we arrived, the room smelled bad and the bathroom was the worse. It smelled like a combination of urine and mold. The manager at the time was very nice about it and assured us the bathroom would be deep cleaned the next morning. There were no more rooms left so we couldn’t change rooms. We left early and came back at 3 PM and nothing had been cleaned in the room. We asked again for them to deep clean the bathroom. At some point they cleaned the bathroom but neglected the rest of the room. The smell persisted. We found odor absorbing packets hidden around the room. Clearly the hotel was aware of their problem and neglected to address the root cause.
