HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NASTY ROOM (Moved 3 different rooms top floor rooms (409 &410) were horrible ,the last room (205) which the manager approvedafter asking for a lower floor.) the last room we cleaned ourselves. Asking to replace the sheets ourselves. KEY CARDS had to be replaced serveral times, eventually maintenance had to fix the door.While there someone tried to break into the room, when it was brought to management attention they were rude stated said YOU CAN LEAVE NOW. Stating we would get a be getting part of the stay back for cutting the trip short. They ended up charging for the stay in full. 10 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Wouldn’t Stay Again!!!

When we arrived around 1 that first day I was told the cleaning crew was just starting on the rooms. I have cleaned professionally in the past and we always started at 11, giving guests enough time to leave. We walked down the stairs and was really disappointed at all the trash everywhere and the safety concerns. The stair railing was coming out of the concrete walls and wobbly, lights are out on the back walkway, making it hard to navigate at night. There is no outside lights nor cameras for safety. No one patrols, ppl smoking weed 24-7. That smell is disgusting and I hate smelling that. It ruins vacation for the ones who don’t smoke it. Upon entering the hotel room I knew right away it was really run down and filthy. Although the bed sheets looked clean, the shower still had hair all in it and someone else’s shower loofa hanging on the inside of the shower curtain. The bathroom sink was pretty dirty and the floors hadn’t been mopped in months. I had to go out and buy cleaning products and a mop just so we could stay as we didn’t have the money to go somewhere else. The furniture needs replaced badly. The nightstands have chunks of wood taken out of them, the bed has obviously been repaired in the past several times, the couch was so stained and nasty that we had to put a blanket on it in order to use it. Couldn’t enjoy the view due to the windows being so filthy. Then they charge you an extra $50 deposit and I have yet to see it come back to me. I should get half my money b

THE CHECK IN WENT WELL, STAFF WAS NICE AT CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT THE BEDS WERE HORRIBLE. THE MATTRESSES ARE SO WORN, YOU SINK IN A HOLE. YOU CAN NOT CONVINCE ME THAT THE BATHROOM WAS CLEANED BEFORE WE CHECKED IN. THE LOCATION IS GOOD AND BEACH ACCESS IS PERFECT

We booked with expedia, photos of the room seemed beautiful. As soon as we walked in the room we are were immediately disappointed and wanted to leave. The smell was terrible. Stains on walls, couch, and curtains. Broken razors in the sink drain, dirty floors and surfaces, and bugs. We spoke with hotel staff and management, who were not willing to suggest or offer options to accommodate us. We asked for a refund, we had not stayed the night nor used anything in the room. They refused to give a full refund for our 2 night stay. Expedia was able to get us a refund for the 2nd night. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beds were terribly uncomfortable, room needed to be updated, noted mold in bathroom, ceiling in 2nd bedroom was peeling off, sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable, asked for additional pillows but they never were delivered to room as promised. The entire building needs to be torn down and rebuilt. I would suggest or recommend you find another place to stay.

Doors were broken and wouldn’t shut all the way. The shower head and nozzles were broken. The floors were filthy, so were the bathrooms. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bedding was not clean, we had to request new sheets the night we got there. Would not recommend.

It’s been let go

There was a plastic fork in made bed when we got in the room, the towel rack in the bathroom was barely attached to the wall and we had no towels or wash rags in the room when we got there. Whole place smells like weed. We’ve stayed there plenty of times and it’s just not worth the money anymore.
