The condition of the hotel was outdated. The room looked clean but the floors were dirty. The beds were the cheap steel frames that made noise everytime you moved. The tiles were trying to come up off the floor. We were only there for one night and the day of check out the turned our key off at 8 am when checkout was not until 10. Housekeeping tried to come in the room before we were done packing. Seriously not worth the amount they charged. Being on the beach is the only reason they could get away with the prices they charge.

My receipt through hotels.com stated that the deposit of $329.85 was paid on Oct 29, 2024. Leaving a balance of $714.00 due at check-in. However, when I went to check in they charged me the full price of $1072.51. Where is my deposit?

Hotel needs some updates. Bathtub is peeling and not clean, the toilet feels like it will break when you sit. Just not a cozy stay like I hoped for like the pictures online show. Great location and nice view of the beach.

Perfect location! Live music daily on the beach at Sharky's next door. Close to Pier Park & restaurants. No crowds on the beach. Most relaxed vacation ever.

This was the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures on this site are nothing like what we walked into. I have many pictures of what it really is. There is mold in the entire room, broken furniture, electrical sockets hanging off the wall; the floor was so dirty we didn't take our shoes off. The toilet would not flush, and there was no hot water. If you send me an email address, I can send the pictures, we told 4 different employees and nothing done. The noise was unbearable to sleep. Dogs gone wild

They allow aggressive bread dogs. Have stayed here many times and have never seen this. Dogs not on leash on patio level. Tub was horrible, my family purchached cheap slides just to bath. They need to renovate.
