The customer service from the night shift guy in the front lobby was terrible. He rather be in his phone during work time instead of giving good customer service. He didn't greet us, he looked like we were bothering him when we first entered the lobby. He didn't gave us the information of WiFi, breakfast time, or anything. I really wasn't impressed by his customer service at all and this is one important thing when you are working with custumers to make sure they are treated with respect and are given the best service in order to gain their trust and the willingness to come back again. Please supervise this employee and also make sure that the cleaning people are doing what they are supposed to do, the room were not properly cleaned and bathroom soap needed to be refilled because they were almost empty.

This was one of the best hotel experience I have had in a long time. The room layer out well. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint I had was our AC made weird hissing noises. It took a night or so to get used to it.

Hotel was very out dated for the price. No up keep and felt like a low end motel. Not happy. Late check in. I’ve stayed in 100s of better hotels for a lot less. Shame on these people!

Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was fine but food selection should be changed everyday, gets old same selection. The room was very humid, so much so clothes always damp, this would be only reason I wouldnt stay here again
