Clean room friendly staff

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The proximity to multiplaza was excellent for shopping and access to different restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located most places that you may want to visit within the city on your trip. The airport was only 15 minutes away.

Staff was always pleasant

We were a little hesitant about the offerings of this hotel. However we were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and standard. The staff was friendly and polite. Ready to assist in anyway. I would definitely recommend staying here as it is also in the heart of the city close to shopping areas, restaurants and cafe and many attractions.

Breakfast was good, could be better.

El hotel tiene que mejorar el la limpieza y tener unos mejores colchones para poder descansar tranquilos, en el buffet del desayuno no había mucha variedad en las comidas, casi todos los días era lo mismo y muchas cosas fritas, muy pocas cosas nutritivas. Sin embargo lo bueno es que queda cerca de la cinta costera y de la estación del metro, si mejorar en esas cosas fuera unejor hotel.
