Very basic accommodation but clean. Neds were comfortable. The fridge made a ticking noise so we had to turn it off for the night the AC started out working but did not come on for the whole night. Decent place to stay for a visit to Bryce Canyon.

Super clean! Excellent distance away from Bryce Canyon too, an easy 25 minute drive. Free coffee in the lobby was a godsend for our early morning trying to catch the sunrise in the canyon. Property is right beside the freeway road, but since it is a fairly remote location, far away from big cities and heavy traffic, it is still very quiet at night. This was the perfect spot to stay the night for our Bryce Canyon trip!

The location really served my needs at a reasonable price (majority of places near Bryce Canyon aren't reasonable, imo), but it is an older place. The 1st room I was given, the shower took more strength than I had to operate. The young man who checked me in was wonderful in allowing me to change rooms. Then the TV wouldn't work in the new room. Again, he came to my rescue. The room is everything I need: the shower works well, the room appears clean, flooring is not carpet but tile (yay), it's quiet, and I feel safe. Coffee is in the lobby, or I could make some in my room. The microwave is quite small, but works fine, as does the mini-fridge. Yes, I would stay here again.

Beds were comfortable, linens were clean and floors clean. Walls were not clean. One outlet for guests to use. Faucet in bathtub continually leaked. Other than the drip from faucet unable to get any other water to flow out of showerhead or faucet. So no showering available.

This is an older property that has obviously been well maintained. Rooms are neet, clean, with enough room. Bathroom was tiny but usable. Not alot of sink space. Duck tape used in the hall should be a first clue. You have an air conditioner with no controls... so no air conditioner. Mouse traps in the rooms. No elevator if your stuck on the second floor. Good luck trying to sleep when the outside door slams each time consequently shaking all the room doors. You'll run out of hot water if enough people shower. Had to hold your card info as security deposit. But hey, at least we had clean sheets. Will not be staying again.
