Charged a fee of $14 just to park in their parking lot with reservation. Took a while to get someone to come to the desk. Beds uncomfortable made it hard to sleep. Charge for breakfast options. $8 for a to go breakfast of things like a yogurt and fruit and $14 or something close to that per person for a breakfast option if you stayed to eat. Over all disappointed. Won’t stay there again.

The $14 charge to park our car in their lot was ridiculous! Their main clientele are travelers. Where else are their guests supposed to park? Everyone who stays at the hotel drives there. I'm sure that they do not get people who walk or bike to the hotel. If the owners want more $$, they should add the extra cost to the price of the room, and not charge a parking fee!

The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable was very surprised that the breakfast was not included. Was even more surprised to find out that you had to pay $15 for parking. You running a hotel how do you expect people to get to your business without a vehicle they need to park. That makes absolutely no sense. We know this we would have chosen another hotel in the area that included parking and a breakfast, but the bed was comfortable.

The room looked good at 1st glance. When we walked into the bathroom, the floor was sticky and there was strands of hair on the counter and in the sink. When I went to shower, I put the mat they provided down and turned on the water, hair pooled to the drain. There are limited dining options as it is a small area. The Tavern inside the hotel was also closed.

Unexpected fees!!!

They charge you $14 for parking and 15$ for breakfast buyer beware and in fact this is the second hotel in parachute that does this so for now on I will be staying in rifle or Grand Junction.
