Hello there, We faced many problems during our stay. There were no water bottles, the blankets were very thin, the bathroom floor was wet, the hair dryer was not working, and the thermostat was not keeping the right temperature. Even one of the charging port was not working.Because of these issues, our stay was uncomfortable. We tried to contact the host but there is no reply back from them.

This hotel is extremely unprofessional. I’ve been staying here for over 40 days, and they woke me out of my sleep demanding I come downstairs to pay a $40 pet fee—even though they already have my room deposit. Right after that, they called the police on me over $40, claiming I needed to check out. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I will be contacting my lawyer regarding this matter, and I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Horrible management and terrible customer service.

The room was in good condition, but there was no comfort/blanket, only sheet. I had to go down the Front Desk to get a comfort myself. The"breakfast" was not really a breakfast with little food available.
