Missold entirely. This was booked for our honeymoon as ‘overlooking Montmartre Square’. Instead, we were in some crummy motel MILES AWAY from the square in a tiny room so small, we had to dance around each other to get to the bathroom. Add to that a vociferous check out by phone and door knocking even though we’d agreed a late check out with the receptionist, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had in a grotty hotel and that’s really saying something as we travel abroad in business regularly.

The wife and I are picky travelers! Although they saying that goes “you only need a place to lay your head at night” is true, we do, however, sleep better at night knowing it’s a place we feel safe, cared for, and with excellent service. Recommend this hotel fully!

The hotel is European so the rooms are somewhat small, but the location is very convenient and it’s walkable to the Moulin Rouge and all of the site in Montemarte. The staff was really friendly and we took part in the daily breakfast, which was good overall we were happy with the hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location

I had a fantastic stay at Artemisia Montmartre and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt effortless and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern yet cozy aesthetic. I was lucky enough to be on one of the higher floors and enjoyed stunning views of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. The bed was perfectly firm, just the way I like it, with soft sheets and fluffy pillows that made for a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room feeling fresh—something I really appreciated during the warmer days. One of the highlights was booking a massage shortly after check-in. The process was incredibly easy, and the massage itself was fantastic—highly recommended if you're looking to unwind. The location is another major plus. It felt very safe, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood didn’t feel overly touristy, which made the experience feel more like living in Paris rather than just visiting. The metro was close by, making it easy to get around the city quickly. The staff were warm, helpful, and always had a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. As for downsides, there’s very little to mention. The elevator was a bit slow, but that’s par for the course in many European buildings. My only real wish is that the rooms had a mini fridge—it would’ve been nice to keep snacks or drinks on hand.

An absolutely beautiful hotel within walking distance of the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. There’s a metro station a couple of minutes walk away giving you easy access to the whole of Paris. Every member of the hotel staff that we spoke to were pleasant and very helpful. Would heartily recommend the Artemisia to anyone looking to take a break in Paris, it’s certainly somewhere that I hope to return to!

Great stay for the price

Besides the rooms the staff is really great here. Very accommodating. While jet lagged I kept missing the cleaning service so late one afternoon they had cleaners go in as a sorta last stop. The rooms: The rooms are very cleanly. Beds are comfortable, not super soft which I like. Felt very modern and loved the showers. The area: In a very great area of Paris. Not too touristy and safe at night. Lots of foot traffic at all hours. Make your way up to mont Don’t have anything bad to say about the hotel.

This was such a cute, charming and quaint hotel for my 4 day stay in Paris. I lucked out with a room on the 7th floor that had a wonderful city and partial Eiffel Tower view. The hotel staff was super friendly and accomodating and the room, while a bit small, was perfect for me. The bed was exceptionally comfy. The hotel is located in the heart of Montmarte, right near the Blanche
